Chicken Wings near Caney City

“Hello, my name is Dylan Madson . I’m writing this review today to complain about a manager, I believe his name is Brian. The first time I went to Milanos was to get my mom some pizza because she absolutely loves it, she loved every pizzeria we went to, we usually get pizza every Friday. I ran into this place and she wanted to give it a shot. I walked up to the counter to place my order and that’s when I met Brian. I told him what I wanted and he caught an attitude with me for no reason, he pretty much yelled at me telling me to speak up. I’ve also talked to some of the employees and I’ve heard some things they told me about Brian. A female worker told me that Brian was acting inappropriate towards her and it made her very uncomfortable, she even considered quitting because she reported it and nothing happened. And another incident happened with a teenage male worker, supposedly Brian got into his face trying to intimidate him because he didn’t show up to work the following day even though he wasn’t required to. He even verbally abuses his workers, He treats his employees and customers like they’re nothing. I’ve also talked to some of my friends and they also said that the same manager was rude and disrespectful towards them and they don’t plan on ever going back to Milanos again and neither do I. I think the food and atmosphere is great but Brian ruined my overall experience. I would love to speak to Shane Hunsinger personally, and get a petition started to get Brian either fired or moved to a different location. Milanos would be such a high tier pizzeria if they didn’t hire disrespectful, rude, and nasty managers like Brian.“

“Great Service, hot and fresh pizza. Fresh salad bar . The establishment was clean again the establishment was so clean. I am impressed with staff and management at this location . Nice , Neat and Clean . Give them a try ! Worth the drive“

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

“okay it's a pizza restaurant what do you expect but they do work very hard to get your pizza is faster than efficient and quality I have no complaints about them.

“I have been to this location several times. The people are so friendly seem happy to be there and excited to serve you. The only problem is they usually forget something so I would say check your bag before you leave. Customer service is important to me so I'll keep going back and just make sure I check everything before I leave!“

“Shout out to the team tonight!!! These people were SLAMMED, I'm talking like 25 cars in the parking lot and drive thru. So of course they were running behind on orders. There were some extremely RUDE customers to the employees about the extra wait time. EVERY employee handled these horrible customers with complete decorum and calmness. The customer is NOT always right and need to learn some basic manners!! Kudos to the team and our food was hot, fresh and tasted great!!! Keep up the great work!“
