“I have been to this location several times. The people are so friendly seem happy to be there and excited to serve you. The only problem is they usually forget something so I would say check your bag before you leave. Customer service is important to me so I'll keep going back and just make sure I check everything before I leave!“
“Ik there is a lot of bad reviews but the place is really amazing I’ve never been in person but this is all I order off of DoorDash and it’s always 40+ wings but they could up their spices a little bc I’ve had their hottest flavor and it was less spicy than a singular taki at the bottom of the bag.“
“Shout out to the team tonight!!! These people were SLAMMED, I'm talking like 25 cars in the parking lot and drive thru. So of course they were running behind on orders. There were some extremely RUDE customers to the employees about the extra wait time. EVERY employee handled these horrible customers with complete decorum and calmness. The customer is NOT always right and need to learn some basic manners!! Kudos to the team and our food was hot, fresh and tasted great!!! Keep up the great work!“
“We like to drop in for a pizza and salad bar. The pizza is always great and you do not find many places with salad bars anymore. They keep the salad bar well stocked. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. We will be back.“
“Good cheeseburger. Good size. 5-6 inch and reasonably sized beef pattie that Covers bun size adequately. Could be thicker patty but equivelant to what " used to be" a regular burger at that 'sounds like sound place but ick now'. Fresh veggies: Lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. Not into sliced dill pickles myself so tossed. Real mayo. Mustard option is default- assumed.Chicken strip real meat , healthy pieces, and NOT reconstituted pre-mawed whatever that other stuff is. Light crispy breading. Wasnt heat lamped to death or sitting/swimming in grease. Tasty and Hot. Three piece came with well made classic pepper gravy (country gravy ) dipping bowl and two bready biscuits. Flaky biscuits or cornbread would have been better. I didnt ask if available.I will try country (chicken) fried steak next time.Is unlikely I will try catfush. Not a fan.Fried Onion rings were just ok. I think I may have reached end of batch. Thin slices of onion detracted from the otherwise good breading which is same as chicken strips- light and crispy. Wasn't as hot as I would've liked either. :::: No delivery so have to find other means for that.I will return.“
“We really like their chicken and we have a meal from here every few months. What is a shame is the atmosphere the last time I visited. It seems the employees were mad at each other, one was slamming metal pans in the back and seemed to time with every time our cashier tried to speak. She would pause and look towards the back. “I love Wing Boss. I travel a lot and was pleasantly surprised the first time I tried it in a different city. I was happy to see that Mabank has one! I ordered last week when I was in town and once again it was on point. Buffalo hot boneless with Cajun fries. Can’t beat it.“
