as a devoted garlic bread cheesy bread connoisseur, i can say with certainty that the cheesy bread i got a milano’s is the BEST IVE EVER HAD. im not even exaggerating. im going to be dreaming about that crispy cheesy garlicky goodness for years to come. the ratio of cheese to bread was perfect and not too cheesy, it was crispy without taking away from the melty-ness, and the seasoning was IMMACULATE and probably the highlight of the dish. absolutely decadent.

Called at 9pm to place and order. Before I gave any information the guy on the phone said I can’t place an order because I live to far. I didn’t ever get to tell him I live in the pinnacle. Then he told me we have to many orders to take any other orders. I will definitely make sure I spread the news around the pinnacle and long cove not to use Milano EVER!! You never know who you are talking to when you answer the phone or service someone. NEVER EVER EVER should you place your order at this specific Milanos!
Response: I should not have to call the owner! Proper training should be done from hire! It’s not my job to make or break your restaurant but it is my job along with others to share my experience and I will continue to do so as stated above. Maybe you should use this as a learning opportunity to train your employees. Then and only then will you get better reviews!!
Ordered over $80 of pizza and was told it would be delivered at 8:49PM. Here it is 9:37PM and still no pizza. But they should did take my money from my account on time. Bet I will never use them again and I will also request my friends and family NOT to use them. Maybe contacting the customer and explaining the situation would be a better way for you to approach things, not having the customer calling back over an hour later and they being angry when they do call back.

The people who run this place are always complaining about what we order and that we buy extra ranch, they scream and fight with each other when customers are in their business, we got a 2 pizzas last night 5/2/24 and we could not eat it, it tasted like it was an old pizza and we just thew it away we will not be going back, so save your money and go somewhere else!!

Hello, my name is Dylan Madson . I’m writing this review today to complain about a manager, I believe his name is Brian. The first time I went to Milanos was to get my mom some pizza because she absolutely loves it, she loved every pizzeria we went to, we usually get pizza every Friday. I ran into this place and she wanted to give it a shot. I walked up to the counter to place my order and that’s when I met Brian. I told him what I wanted and he caught an attitude with me for no reason, he pretty much yelled at me telling me to speak up. I’ve also talked to some of the employees and I’ve heard some things they told me about Brian. A female worker told me that Brian was acting inappropriate towards her and it made her very uncomfortable, she even considered quitting because she reported it and nothing happened. And another incident happened with a teenage male worker, supposedly Brian got into his face trying to intimidate him because he didn’t show up to work the following day even though he wasn’t required to. He even verbally abuses his workers, He treats his employees and customers like they’re nothing. I’ve also talked to some of my friends and they also said that the same manager was rude and disrespectful towards them and they don’t plan on ever going back to Milanos again and neither do I. I think the food and atmosphere is great but Brian ruined my overall experience. I would love to speak to Shane Hunsinger personally, and get a petition started to get Brian either fired or moved to a different location. Milanos would be such a high tier pizzeria if they didn’t hire disrespectful, rude, and nasty managers like Brian.

Came in tonight with my family and ordered pizza along with two chicken alfredo’s. The two pizzas came out and not the alfredo’s so we gave it a little bit but still never came out. My mom then got up and asked the employees that were sitting a table about the chicken alfredo, where she responded with “uh right before y’all got here we ran out of noodles so we’re having to make more nobody told y’all?.” Okay, no big deal so we thought, so we waited a little longer once again before we asked about it. When my mom asked about it once again her answer was, “um so yeah our water wasn’t boiling.” So we just said screw the alfredo and ordered two pizzas because we had been waiting for like an hour. Not sure what was going on but very dissatisfied with the service tonight, the new management is way worse than the people before. Pizza is good but not the service.

One word: WOW. Above and beyond service and the food…. phenomenal! Brian brought us food in star harbor. My only regret is I don’t live closer and cannot order regularly.
