I was doing some work in log cabin texas and i seen this pizza place. The first time I tried it I was hooked i eat there everyday almost they serve breakfast now and it is also pretty good.

I ordered, the cashier was extremely rude to me, there were termites on the table and waterbugs on the floor. There were dogs going loose around the restaurant and into the kitchen.
Heavy do not recommend. Attached is a picture of the termites.

The dude at the counter taking the order is very unprofessional very rude 1 star here people really don’t value life or care too be kind too others in this world very happy with million gunbarrel city I would def go there before malakoff!!!

I was here on holiday. Decided to order pizza with the family. We picked Milano's. We couldn't have made a better choice. Pizza was fantastic. Even the kids enjoyed it. Wings are great also. Probably order again in a few days. Delivery was prompt and delivery person was friendly. I advise anyone who wants a great pizza, give this place is shot.

Ordered a pizza through DoorDash and no one picked it up so the store delivered it themselves!
I have NEVER been to an inside restaurant where the owner keeps his dogs locked up. This place is disgusting, wonder when was the last time they had a health inspection?

as a devoted garlic bread cheesy bread connoisseur, i can say with certainty that the cheesy bread i got a milano’s is the BEST IVE EVER HAD. im not even exaggerating. im going to be dreaming about that crispy cheesy garlicky goodness for years to come. the ratio of cheese to bread was perfect and not too cheesy, it was crispy without taking away from the melty-ness, and the seasoning was IMMACULATE and probably the highlight of the dish. absolutely decadent.
