I do not recommend it at all, the bread was cold and hard, the chicken seemed to be from the microwave, I couldn't even eat it, I think it is the worst burger I have ever bought, what a shame Burger King.

This has to be the worst customer service ever for a fast food company. The employees look like they didn't want to be bothered with doing their job. Approximately 10 minutes later and food was still not ready. I only saw 1 staff member actually actually trying to do anything remotely considered work. This is the Burger King on hwy 243 next to the Walmart Murphy's in Canton TX. No employee seemed to care if we (the first vehicle in line) had their order filled or not. And then there were several other people waiting in line behind us also waiting. After 10 minutes of nothing I was tired of waiting. I went inside and stood there at the counter in the waiting for anyone to acknowledge my presence, to no avail. I finally got the attention of an employee and had to ask her if there were any managers present and the blonde girl stated that she in fact was a manager. After all this time waiting for them to fill our order, and the lack of anything from anyone in the building, I asked for my money to be refunded and even that seemed to be a hard thing from any staff to accomplish. Finally after all that I was refunded the money back on the card. I will not be back to this establishment ever.

Waited 25-plus minutes to get an old reheated burger and two-day-old stale, ice-cold fries. They had no customers, for it to take 25 plus minutes to receive cold stale, and dated food! Hungry? Dig in the trash can for a meal, guaranteed it beats this burger king.

Don't speak good English and had a kid literally running around the kitchen area!!! Took entirely way to long to get our food and we were the ONLY ones here!!! Too busy talking and playing on their phones.

I ordered a sausage biscuit and hashbrowns at 7:45 a.m. HOW IS THE FOOD STALE AND COLD THAT EARLY?? Also… they gave me panda express napkins. Never going back. This was the 3rd strike.

Came inside with no greeting or anything ordered the whopper with pickle fries. The pickle fries were black, cold, and mushy ask for them to be remade and the worker gave me attitude. Finally got fresh pickle fries after having to remind her because she forgot to give them to us and while I was waiting I at my cold whopper and watching the manager eat in-between making orders.

Only rated it one star because I couldn't rate it zero. Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes before they even took my order. Finally ordered a simple burger combo waited another 5 minutes in line at drive thru. Paid for my food and was told to pull around to the front which someone was already there waiting. A worker came out and told me to pull up I'm blocking the drive thru very rudely. I told her I couldn't pull up there was a truck there waiting she just rolled her eyes and walked away. Finally the truck moved and I pulled up. I ended up waiting out front for an additional 30 mins. How is that acceptable to wait 45 min total to even get a simple combo meal. This was by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to and will never return!!!
Absolutely disappointed with this location. Order 2 meals and a kids meal. Got to the 1st windows and she was absolutely amazing. Got to the 2nd windows and she handed me the kids meal and told me have a nice day. I told her we were missing meals and looked at me like I inconvenienced her because she forgot 2 meals. Started to tell her what we were missing and grab the receipt and before I turned back to hand her the receipt she had already walked away. Waited about 10 minutes to get the rest of out food and had to tell the man that we were missing the 2 drinks that came with the meal. Get the drinks, drive to our location and realize they still forgot a LG French fry for one of the meals purchased. I shouldn't have to read my whole order back to you to even get my order. That's why you have a computer that literally tells you everything on it. The lady who wanted to act like I inconvenienced her looked like a manager and should have way more manners than what was shown and should definitely have to face repercussions. She had a black collared shirt on with black hair in a bun and glasses. This was a very disappointing interaction.

I had a bad time at Burger King because Adrian threw my food at me and she was very very rude. I think she needs to take a happy pill, and be fired because she was just flat out rude and I bet all these reviews that are bad are they because of Adrian. So Tiffany manager, you need to do something about her.
