Cold fries, sketchy wings, no marinara for cheese sticks. Food sat for about 10 minutes because the young guy was too interested in the pretty girl in the LJS kitchen. NO ICE IN 100° WEATHER!!!!!! Absolute bullshit place. It's so pathetic that truck drivers can't get a decent meal. I'm especially shocked because I'm in Texas.

I Ordered The Chicken Philly, and asked to up grade my Fries to a Large. After looking in my box I was disappointed. And the young lady said oh that is a Large.. Damn if this a Large I hate to see how a small looks.. I’ve never come again Drivers you’re better off getting 2 Glizzy and keep it moving. Comm’on ?

So i ordered wings and you have to pay extra if you want any sauce for them and i ordered a philly and you cant even fold it into a sandwich ... Also who puts lettuce on a mf philly?... My 22$ meal feels like a 4$ meal js. Would be nice if they go out of business and wingstop comes around

I "discovered " Charley's Philly Steaks @ a truck stop on I-55 in Ill. about 5 years ago. As a driver I stop at a Charley's whenever I can (which is rare), as I need parking to facilitate the stop. Nonetheless I try to get there when possible, and have eaten at several different locations.Yesterday I had the luck to catch this location shortly after opening, and ordered the regular 9" Philly Steak with everything and extra meat. I must say that this was the ABSOLUTE BEST Philly Cheesesteak that I have had at ANY location, over about a dozen meals at various franchise locations. It was absolutely the BOMB!!!I will be back.......
Parking: Semi truck parking is opposite the fuel pump. Car parking is on the West side of the building.
Kid-friendliness: Nice dining area with plenty of room for families or singles.
