I went in right about noon and was expecting chaos but on the contrary, the hostess seated me right away and went to get my drink. I was actually a bit surprised when I walked in and first laid eyes on the serving lines. Everything was clean and orderly. There were plentiful offerings and everything tasted like it had been freshly prepared unlike so many other buffets I have tried. The waitress was constantly attentive and polite. I ate maybe a bit more than I should have but that was because everything looked so delicious and I wanted to try it all but there just wasn't enough room, not even in my big ol' tummy. 😉 I highly recommend Chen's Buffet I'm certain you will enjoy your time there. If you walk away hungry, it's your own fault. 😁

this is in a small town … no competition so its what people will come and eat , taste is not great but not horrible , the food does not have a chinese taste but it will do …
Drove about 2 hours to canton, at first everything was good but at the end we didn’t know they close at 9:30, I understand I should of investigated the hours at though it was at 10pm, but before 9:30 one of the waitress was very disrespectful towards me and my family yelling and making a show pointing at us to one of her coworkers in Chinese. I will never go back to that place again. She could have been more respectful and we understand that we have to leave but she didn’t have to make a scene yelling and pointing at us in Chinese saying who know what. We were a table of 10 people and made us very uncomfortable. And also the others coworkers seem uncomfortable with that lady’s attitude.

This buffet does not disappoint. Lots of food and great options for all. Even our pickiest eater found a few things to eat! We enjoyed the food and the service was nice. Lots of people were also getting buffet items to go by the pound. The restaurant was packed for a Wednesday night. Definitely recommend.
