Canton Dairy Queen is the worst! They screw up ice cream orders regularly but the husband wanted to see if their taco salad was as good as others. Well of course it’s not! You get a shell a head of lettuce couple chunks of tomatoes little cheese and tablespoon of ground meat. It’s dry no sauces no sour cream ! I told him don’t go there! Who eats dry lettuce?

Dietary restrictions: My elderly brother has no teeth & has virtually been living on Whataburger for ages. Yesterday he asked me to bring him his normal as it was difficult to eat anything else. I got His burger & headed to DQ! I got 2 large orders of chicken & dumplings! He devoured one order in disbelief of how delicious it was. This morning he called so proud I had Opened his eyes to DQ!!! I live In Canton, Tx & our DQ team is outstanding! It is my most frequent stop! I picked Up his order in Henderson, Tx & it was perfect in taste & service! Thank you DQ!!! I believe You won over another hungry customer!!!♥️

This is my TACO TUESDAY go to place.They are fast and full of beef lettuce cheese and tomato if wanted.I feel like this is the best quality for the money you can get.Ive never had anything here that was stale and not freshly made.

My black husband went in to order a burger and fries and drink. 30 minutes later he walked out with cold fries and a burger that was not made as ordered. Walking back to go back inside as he checked his order in his vehicle and found his order was messed up, the girl who was smirking at him and served 6 drive through orders and 2 customers inside after he ordered, ran to the door and asked "is there something wrong with the order?" He said and told her this issue. She immediately snatched the bag from him and went and got the manager. The manager came out and asked if he paid with cash or credit card. The manager gave him his cash back. She did not apologize for the inconvenience or the fact that the order was cold and not made as ordered. Thus location has poor service and its employees need not work in the service industry if they are prejudice against people of color. Hence they will never get our service again. This location is horrible.

The gentleman taking orders around 5:30 was very rude. He interrupted me while I was ordering. Then I had to repeat my order several times and it wasn't complicated. He was not listening. When I got to the window there were two different ladies running it. They seemed like they were having an awful day. Just really disappointed in the service tonight.

Honestly love dairy queen but I wish they would make food available on doordash again as I don’t have a car so when I wanted Dairy queen I ordered through doordash. I’ve seen post blaming the doordashers but tell an order that makes the store the same money doesn’t take any priority over an in store order. Honestly just improve y’all’s efficiency and customer service. A doordasher is a third party person connecting yall to your customers.So a picture like this is stupid. Just talk to the doordashers and tell them what’s going on like they are people. If they don’t care, guess what as soon as the order is done they are gone. Grow up please.

We love this DQ. We mainly stop for a Blizzard on the way home and try a different one each time. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. They always greet our dogs and offer a Pup cup if we forget.

Had a dbl cheese burger with jalapeños, got the runs the rest of the day and upset stomach whole weekend, im thinking bad lettuce or dairy forget fast food im packing a lunch now can't afford to be sick like that driving a truck.
