Apparently they don’t start preparing your order til you show up if you don’t pay in advance. Order showed in prep for 15 mins after I ordered online sitting in the parking lot. When pulled to pick up window to inquire cause it still shows in prep status, my placed order time changed from 6:16 to 6:30 when they ran my card. When I asked do they not start order til I pay I got no answer and was told it would be 15 minutes and rudely told to pull around as if I was slowing down the line by asking a question. There was only one car behind me and they’d just pulled up. Now that I recall, I think this had happened before. Just FYI, pay when u place order, don’t choose pay at store. Maybe they e had too many no shows, idk. Bad customer service in my opinion.

waited over an hour for 1 small gluten-free pizza I understand it's first Monday this weekend but they need more training or something cuz every time I go they just keep getting slower and slower and messing up orders even when it's not first Monday. y'all need to do better!

I waited well over an hr for 1 pizza. went through the drive thru 30+ mins after I ordered only to be told it was still not done so I waited inside while one man ordered 3 pizzas and they told him he didn't have to pay since he waited for an hr! I know it's first Monday but come on! I have been going here for years and they seem to just get slower & slower

Drove up to the drive thru at 9:55 waited 10min at window had to use my horn some guy looked at me and ignored me… need to have ur workers acknowledge ur customer and let them know its gonna be a minute… not coming back for sure PS ordered about 30min ago still not ready for 1 pizza. I think they went to Italy to get ingredients

They get my order wrong every time. How hard is it for them to put toppings that I paid extra for on the pizza. Order buffalo sauce on the pizza and they didn’t put it on or give me a side of it. Happened 5 times already

I ordered via website and had delivered. I gave a 20 dollar tip. I ordered extra cheese, extra provolone and regular Asiago. There is no way the pizza I received had extra cheese at all! DISAPPOINTED!
