The pizza was bubbly and thin and the manager was nowhere to be found to help he stays clocked in and he’s not even there the store is awful wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there

Went in to oder a pizza that had popped up on my email, I don't do the internet well. Patrick did an awesome job helping me get my pizza ordered, it wasn't thru the internet cause it wasn't working but Patrick got me a Great deal anyway. Nice guy.

Bruh ordered BBQ wings and there was very little sauce and they forgot to add the dipping sauce to the order so my wings were basically sauceless

My orders from the Canton TX location are never ready when it's supposed to be, ever!! Tonight it was so wrong! Wrong toppings, no sauce, I ordered extra sauce and paid extra for more toppings! The receipt was correct.

Every time you go they will mess up on your order somehow some way. We’ve never received an order without some kind of defect like too much sauce or even no sauce or it’s just over cooked. get your crap together

Who ever is running this place needs to do better. My order was ready at 6:20. I shouldn’t have to sit at the drive through window for 25 minutes before someone helps me out. It took a whole 10 seconds to grab my order and give it to me. Awful experience.

Apparently they don’t start preparing your order til you show up if you don’t pay in advance. Order showed in prep for 15 mins after I ordered online sitting in the parking lot. When pulled to pick up window to inquire cause it still shows in prep status, my placed order time changed from 6:16 to 6:30 when they ran my card. When I asked do they not start order til I pay I got no answer and was told it would be 15 minutes and rudely told to pull around as if I was slowing down the line by asking a question. There was only one car behind me and they’d just pulled up. Now that I recall, I think this had happened before. Just FYI, pay when u place order, don’t choose pay at store. Maybe they e had too many no shows, idk. Bad customer service in my opinion.

waited over an hour for 1 small gluten-free pizza I understand it's first Monday this weekend but they need more training or something cuz every time I go they just keep getting slower and slower and messing up orders even when it's not first Monday. y'all need to do better!
