First, Feathered Friend is not closed. It moved to the Canton Marketplace. Check their website and/or FB. Second, the Canton Marketplace is open only once a month, during Canton First Mondays. That's not Monday, it's the Thu-Sun before the first Monday of each month. So, yes, only one weekend a month can you try this place! Third, I never thought this place looked good because it was in a gas station, and maybe the logo didn't spark joy for me. Even in the Canton Marketplace, I almost didn't try it. My misjudgment! The spicy OG is the ***best*** chicken sandwich I've ever had. It's a bit messy, so maybe I should ask for 3/4 as much sauce. Or really, I'll just learn to be tidier each time I enjoy it. Sauce might drip out even as you are unwrapping it. =)The regular OG is the **2nd-best** chicken sandwich I've ever had. =) Chicken thighs FTW!!! (You can also get the sandwich with white meat instead, but I much prefer the version with dark meat. Really owe it to yourself to try the OG as an OG.)They also make their own sweet tea and lemonade. Of the sides I've tried, I think I liked the corn/elote best. Oh, right, they also have a mean salad! One of the best I've ever had. Tough choice between that and the spicy OG. But I'd say you gotta try the chicken sandwich at least once, the way it's meant to be. You can take the salad home for later. Chef Ryan is a nice guy. I think he likes trying new things and thinking outside the box.I give them six stars. But minus one for being open only one weekend a month.

I tried this place and they have a pretty limited menu and no atmosphere at all because it's inside a convenience store and over priced. I never went back.

Love this spot. Love the idea of some dudes buying this sandwich… having no idea, and getting down the road and biting into it and thinking “this is the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had.” Hand-cut nuggets are a hit. Street corn is delicious. I can’t wait to see what’s next!

This place is simply amazing. The chicken strips are great, the waffle fries are better. The yardbird sauce I believe they call it is a must. The Mexican street corn, although a little spicy for some people is some of the best I’ve ever had.

Ordered online. The spicy burger was delicious. My husband liked it he didn't mind the Pickles or the coleslaw even though he's not a fan. I loved it. The coleslaw compliments the chicken sandwich quite well. The tots were good too. Wasn't a fan of the mustard potatoes all though they look really good. The Lavender lemonade was also delicious. Would go again. Spicy chicken sandwich is better than McDonald's and burger Kings. Not sure Popeyes I only ate it once and didn't really like it.

I give it 2 stars because my husband's sandwich was fine. My OG sandwich (which was supposed to come with Gochujang sauce but didnt) was raw. Pink all through the middle. We used Door Dash so we are getting a refund...in 3 days! I also called the restaurant and they were good about trying to fix it. But I used Door Dash because I didn't want to go to the restaurant and pick it up. So it kind of ruined the whole experience. Also the street corn is not as flavorful and spicy as we like it. We also had fried okra which was fine.I have heard so many good reviews about this place. So I was excited to try it. Really disappointed.
I moved to Canton about a year ago and have been told to check this place out several times. Today was the day... just amazing! The nuggets and waffle fries are outstanding! Sweet tea was dang good too. I'll be trying the rest of the menu now.

This is hands down the BEST chicken joint ever.The flavor and tenderness of the food was AMAZING. They are clean and fresh all around. Customer service couldn't have been any better. Give this place a try I guarantee you will be hooked.
