This is a special place for meetings, short remote work, and getting to learn faces in the city. They can get really busy, but most of the time they are not, so this “rude” lady is likely just trying to help everyone. She can be abrupt and bossy, but really, she is trying to get things done well for everyone. I believe all who work here really try to do the best job they can for every customer.
