I hate seeing all these negative reviews it leaves me super confused because we've had nothing but excellent customer service since this place opened!!! LITERALLY some of the nicest people in this town. I won't even go to other restaurants because the employees are so rude around here, but every single time we go to Little Caesars they go above and beyond and they are always super super sweet and the food is always good. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND ALWAYS BEING SO NICE. We come here a lot and we have never had a bad experience, not once.

Love having this as a pizza option but every time I order using the app it's always a good 10-15 minutes late.. I've scheduled specific pickup times for orders to get the pizza to birthdays on time & each time it's never done when it's scheduled to be done. I've always given multiple hours of notice to avoid this & still they come up short each time. To top it off the employees are not friendly & are never apologetic. Why have scheduled pickup times if they don't honor them? It's super frustrating and honestly not worth the money I'm saving.. I'd rather pay more for Dominos if it meant I'd get my pizza at the agreed upon time. Time is money people.

Place reeks of weed, managers screaming and yelling, horrible environment. They will forget things on your order then scream at the new hires for not knowing everything. Managers just sit on their phones behind the pizza portal or at the back door. Heard a lot of trash talking about each other and customers. Takes them 30 minutes for one pizza during a dead hour. I’ll be sticking with Domino’s and Pizza Hut.

Worst experience ive ever had at a pizza place. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and I was the only person in the lobby, yet it took 20 minutes to make 2 basic pepperoni pizzas. Not only did i wait forever for my order, the employee at the front counter was incredibly rude, a few seconds after my order was taken, the two people that were there started talking to eachother and refused to acknowledge anything else, and some of the things I heard are unacceptable in any workplace environment. They not only gossiped about coworkers in a disrespectful manner, but they also insulted previous customers that had large orders. To think that anyone would let this behavior slide is insanity, and this place either needs to be shutdown or restaffed.

The pizza was alright, hard to mess up a plain pepperoni. But I thought it was hot and ready not wait 20 minutes. Pizza hut would be had it faster or Domino's for delivery and better price. Quit trying to make Canton the city. -A local resident

We ordered four pizzas and only received three of them.I had to drive 15 minutes back to pick up our fourth one.The young lady on the phone said she would bring it out to me but when I got there she told me to move because I was in a fire lane.It wasn't a good experience, the pizza was good except for the one I had to go back for,it was cold.
