This is the 10th time I've been here says closes at 10pm not even 9pm yet and they are closed I'm yet to find them open when they say they are 10 times IV tried to eat here and they are always closed. Guess I'll have to start supporting the local India restaurants at least they stay open when they say they are. Pilot travel center should put a stop to that if there going to be in there building and make them keep the hours that are posted.

This long John silvers was okay. It took a little while to get our food. They had no tea at all just fountain drinks. The food was good and fresh at least.

There's something off about this long johns compared to others I've been to. I ordered a 16 piece family meal the first time I went. The fish and chicken were way smaller than normal. I decided to give it another try a couple weeks later. This time the fish and chicken were normal size. However, they forgot our hush puppies and lobster bites. Also the place has a unclean feel and the workers don't wear uniforms and they eat and congregate at a table right next to where you order. Very uncomfortable.

Took over 20 minutes to get my food. The food itself was made really terribly. I got a rice bowl, and 2 chicken and shrimp baskets and that somehow costs 45$ i literally only got 3 french fries on my plate im never coming back here.

On website it said it closes at 10pm door also states 10 pm as well. I got there at 9:10pm not even 10 minutes before closing and the door is locked. I called and the guy said its because they have to clean. Clean the store a hour before closing instead of 10-15 minutes then locking up at 10? That’s just extremely lazy and unprofessional do better.

Took forever to get food! The employees were playing and dancing…not working. They said they were dropping fries, but when we got our order, there were only 3 fries in each. Asked about it and they said they ran out of fries! Another worker made a comment about us complaining about fries while looking at us but denied that she was talking about us when husband addressed her. Manager finally came out and asked what was going on and when he saw amount of fries, said yes, we needed more! Glad husband looked at order before leaving because they didn’t give us hush puppies. Food was cold and overcooked. They had no tartar sauce. Tea that was supposed to be sweet turned out to be unsweet. Fries were super hard, like they had been sitting all day! The list could go on! Will never go back there! Save your money!!!!!

Have stopped here twice to get fish & they were closed both times. Google says they are open til 10 PM but they close LJS @ 9 PM instead but leave the Charlie's side open. Not sure if I will stop again even if they are the closest LJS w/o going to Tyler or Dallas.
