30 minutes of waiting. The two employees cup blaming it on the kids that left even though they were continually not doing anything that would produce food. All the orders that were waiting were also back there before the kids left. Has someone that spent 20 years in the food industry it was blatantly obvious that they didn't know what they were doing and or they just didn't care to do the work at hand they were really polite but they were spending so much time trying to apologize to everyone that the food wasn't getting made. They did throw in a free slice of cheesecake but they gave me Charlie's fries instead of Long John silver fries which is not what I ordered and the fries were cold after a 30-minute wait the sandwich also did not have a single ingredient on it except for lettuce that were the ingredients I was told on the sandwich. The sandwich was hot but it was dry and hard. The main thing that bothered me though was the dude making food while wearing a tank top and then a girl I assume they called in it was wearing a shirt that barely covered the top half of her torso. Again as someone that spent 20 years in the food industry the health department does not allow you to work in a food establishment with parts of your body hanging out! That and she just was not dressed appropriately at all for a family-friendly place.

i stopped in today for some long johns bc i haven’t had it in over 5 years, when i say this was the best long johns me and my family had ever had, its even better than back then. these people on her upset bc there order isnt perfect to a tee was raised wrong and bave never worked food IN THEIR LIFE. i had a long conversation with an employee explaining that they are usually understaffed and only have three too four people to run both places, charleys was good too, my dad got as sandwich and he said it was amazing, the wait was about 15 minutes but still, unless your a child I'm sure u can wait.

Overall cleanliness is good but the booth style seating left a little room for improvement. Didn’t know about the Charlie cheesesteak incorporation into same building in a A&W-Long John Silvers kinda way. No issues and Charlie’s has $1 ice cream cones so that’s not bad lol !

Had not had Long John Silvers in a few years found out we had one 18 miles from us. The food was stale and rubbery like. No wonder the franchise has been declining so much. it no longer has good food like it once had. This location is in a Truck Stop ruins the atmosphere and is shared with another restaurant. Long John Silvers needs to block its franchises from being shared locations! Go back to using tallow oils and go back to how Silvers's was in the 80's and watch the customer feedback go back to positive.

Listen Ya'll, from Greenville to Tyler for Dr appt. On way home I put in LJS restaurant and it is out of the way. I pull up and see a gas station travel center and think oh boy. Well I was SUPER happy. It is fresh and delicious!!! I mean happy dance good!! Stop it's worth it!

We tried the 8 piece fish with 12 shrimp. They did not have the limited coconut shrimp. Overall, the fish was good, but had been overcooked. Cole slaw and potatoes were both great. Hubby and I both thought they could have provided a little bit more cole slaw. Fairly clean area, mainly services the interstate traffic. Good place to stop for a quick meal.

Went in to get some food. Took about 15 minutes, which is fine. I'd rather wait for fresh food, than eat heat lamp food. The guy who ordered got his food before me. But I had a big order so I chill. 5 minutes later they call the number after me and the dude is staring at me like it's my order.
I tell him my number. Surprised, he searches for the dude who already has his hands on my food. Gives him his actual bag, takes the food back from him and proceeds to hand it to me.
Yeah. No Thanks. I ask for a refund instead. They ask me if I want a fresh order. I already waited 20 minutes, I'm not going to wait another 15 min.
NOTE TO STAFF: CONFIRM THE NUMBER WITH THE PERSON WHO'S PICKING UP THE FOOD.
Note to Corporate: You need to retrain everyone.
