Went in this evening. I ordered 3 medium Carmel Frappe's and a small order of fries. I stood at the counter and waited 20 minutes while there was not one single customer at the counter and 4 employees standing around the counter talking. There was one single Hispanic male working on cleaning. He asked me if I needed help. I told him that I was waiting on my order. He looked at the screen and told one of the young ladies that there was an order on the screen that needed to be taken care of. This is extremely POOR customer service and there needs to be someone in this establishment watching over these employees who apparently aren't there for customer service! And, thank you to the one employees who was actually there to do his job!

I had the $5 meal deals 5 of them but only got 4 home. I tried calling back and got a loud noise in my ear like a fax machine. I normally am patient since I work in a food establishment myself but it's a stormy night and I am going to go hungry because I am not driving back out in this weather

No orange juice or grape jam . Jelly lasts on the shelf for years why would you not keep this in stock??

Visited over the weekend. Will NEVER be back. I ordered a McChicken. But there was an added protein (roach) in the sandwich !! I have no photo because I threw it away immediately. Please be aware.

I was up early enough for once to enjoy my favorite thing on the menu...BACON EAGG AND CHEESE MAC GRIDDLE.ITwas awesome.Fresh hot delicious.I also got 2 sausage biscuits for other days because they keep so great .I'm so glad I got up early for once,it was worth it 😁

Do better McDonald's. I get you can run out of a toy, yet not to notify us that you're out of a specific toy, but to give us a toy that is over 2.5 years old if not older is just disrespectful.
Line was slow, but hey when your wife wants a sprite you get a sprite and a spicy chicken sandwich
