Went in this evening. I ordered 3 medium Carmel Frappe's and a small order of fries. I stood at the counter and waited 20 minutes while there was not one single customer at the counter and 4 employees standing around the counter talking. There was one single Hispanic male working on cleaning. He asked me if I needed help. I told him that I was waiting on my order. He looked at the screen and told one of the young ladies that there was an order on the screen that needed to be taken care of. This is extremely POOR customer service and there needs to be someone in this establishment watching over these employees who apparently aren't there for customer service! And, thank you to the one employees who was actually there to do his job!

I had the $5 meal deals 5 of them but only got 4 home. I tried calling back and got a loud noise in my ear like a fax machine. I normally am patient since I work in a food establishment myself but it's a stormy night and I am going to go hungry because I am not driving back out in this weather
