The food? 🔥 Top-tier. The margaritas were perfectly balanced (aka dangerously good 😅), and the enchiladas were absolutely delicious — rich flavor, fresh ingredients, and that “just right” spice that keeps you wanting more with every bite.

We've been here for over a year and are just now getting around to trying this place. The birria tacos were overly salty but had a good amount of meat. The tacos themselves fell apart everywhere and made a massive mess. The charro beans were too soupy for my tastes I like them a little thicker. My husband order the flautas and a bean and cheese burrito and for the life of me I don't get why queso gets put on EVERYTHING. The salsa they serve with the chips is fantastic.

The chips and salsa are delicious…but that’s it. The chicken and steak in the quesadillas was tough and there was little cheese to speak of in them (and they were incredibly oily, for some reason). Beans and rice were ok. I won’t return.

This was my second time to eat at this establishment. I had thr Monterrey Dinner. It was very very good. Thier queso is to die for. Super creamy and yummy. The food came out hot as well. The atmosphere was perfect and our waitress was great. She was not overbearing and knew how to do her job perfectly. Definitely recommend Ochoas if you want great Mexican food in Canton, texas.
