I took my middle school and high school band here before a football ball game. There were around 60 of us. Pre-ordered our pizzas and drunks. Everything was ready when we got there. Management and staff were great!

My niece experienced poor customer service at Pizza Hut in Canton when she was given the incorrect pizza for dinner tonight. Upon attempting to rectify the issue, the manager responded inadequately, merely saying 'ok' and shutting the window in her face, displaying unacceptable disrespect. My niece clarified that her intention was not to be rude, but rather to resolve the mistake. Come On Pizza Hut get it together She did not deserve that type of treatment This type of disrespect is unacceptable

First off my pizza order was totally wrong then I speake with the manager about that and all she could say was ok,I go to get the pizza and speak with her face to face and she closes the window in my face and walks away. The managers name is Shannon and let me tell you very unprofessional woman if you ask me,very rude and we won't be back!
