Schlotzsky's

This store cannot wait on your customers in the drive through. You have to repeat a simple order several times and then you can't even get them to come to the drive thru to give it to you. Finally somebody shows up to give it to you. But then that person can't run the register. But that person who runs the register is too busy handling the 2 whole cars are in the dining room. Are you kidding me? Had to give my food back because they didn't want to take my money. They don't have to worry about that again in the future. This isn't the first issue.I've had with the Canton store, but it will be the last.

Kid-friendliness: Happy to see kids, but please parent them, this isn't McDonald's playhouse

This place is so good. 👌 always gets it right ✅️ praise God. Some places just don't get it. Will definitely come back

Vegetarian options: The veggie sandwich. It does have cheese but u can ask for it to come off. Will work in a pinch

I tried the Reuben. They substituted for rye bread. There was so much pastrami, you couldn't taste anything else. There was very little else that makes a Reuben a Reuben.

The staff has been great the last couple weeks when I went in there. They seem more friendly and work much quicker. Everyone seems to stay on tasks. We'll almost everyone.

These sandwiches are the BOMB. These people are doing the lords work at Schlotzsky's. This bread is fit for JESUS. Oh and my wife loves the Cinnamon rolls.

There's a small selection of fast food restaurants out here, but was pleased to know Schlotzky's is one of them. Their Smokecheesy is the best! I can't say I come here often because it was $33+ for two, but it's definitely a treat.

Two times in a row I've ordered a salad, selected the dressing and returned home to find no dressing for the salad, or a fork. This place apparently wants you to eat dry salad with your hands. Won't be going back.

We had been on the road for 4.5 hrs and stopped to eat but had to go to the restroom first. We came out of the restroom and the girl that was mopping said we close at 8, we said ok, she said it’s 8:01, we said so you aren’t going to serve us? She said NO. Mind you, there are people in the drive thru that they are still serving but they refused to wait on us. So we left. I work in fast food. This is NOT how you should treat your customers. Bad move Schlotzsky’s, do better!!

Love their buy one get one free pizzas and flatbread on Wednesdays! All of their food is delicious, but it's gotten expensive, so we just wait for the Wednesday pizza special.
