Just got two drinks from drive through. We made it perfectly clear what we wanted and even repeated it:
Large diet cherry limeade, packed tight with ice. Large strawberry lemonade, packed tight with ice.
The receipt had our order correct. And we were charged for the Rt 44 size. Hardly any drink in the cup because it was packed so tight with ice.
THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!

Kid-friendliness: This restaurant has really bloomed at its new location, and you can see it in EVERY aspect! The kids' playground was a real plus.

There is a business card posted on the kiosk with contact information to the Manager. I took a picture of it. I had a small issue with my order when I got home (bacon missing from my burger). So I decided to try the contact info on the business card. I sent an email with my complaint including my phone number. I did not really expect a reply, or maybe just an email reply like "sorry about that", but I received a phone within 5 minutes, not only apologizing, but offering me a free combo meal, to as she said "make it right". I was pretty impressed with that.
Kid-friendliness: A big outdoor playground, and 2 pickle ball courts.

We ordered breakfast burritos and they all were COVERED in Onions even though we very specifically requested No Onions on every burrito. As we were unable to make it back to the store that morning the manager Rachel made sure we got 3 fresh entrees that were made correctly! Also I have come here and had problems getting hot sauce even after offering to pay for it but it didn't seem to be a problem with her. Have been going less and less due to declining service but Rachel has changed my mind I am happy that she was able to take care of us and will be a continued patron of this sonic.
