Kid-friendliness: This restaurant has really bloomed at its new location, and you can see it in EVERY aspect! The kids' playground was a real plus.

There is a business card posted on the kiosk with contact information to the Manager. I took a picture of it. I had a small issue with my order when I got home (bacon missing from my burger). So I decided to try the contact info on the business card. I sent an email with my complaint including my phone number. I did not really expect a reply, or maybe just an email reply like "sorry about that", but I received a phone within 5 minutes, not only apologizing, but offering...
