Our family of 4 usually goes on Mondays. We like to go inside to order our sandwiches to take back home. The entire staff is very friendly, which is rare these days. I also complimented their cleanliness and sliced vegetables/fruit. (Check out the tomatoes in the photo)! We will be back again and again!

This group of staff are WAY better than what it used to be earlier this year. Ron, Steven & Juan are on top of it there! They are very welcoming & personable. They are also respectful when it comes to how & what they are saying to the customers. The cleanliness of the place is a top priority for them as well!

First off this is not the first time that this has happened to us at this location, DO NOT put online orders through they will take advantage of you not being able to see them make your order to skimp out on it. After putting this order in called the store to make sure it went through due to it glitching, no one answered, called 5times, when my wife picked the food up she felt like the crew was disinterested and couldn’t care less, when she got home found that the sandwiches were missing cranberry sauce and the addons we requested and were charged for. Just got to the one at 859 & I20 much better service and the food is always correct

I came to this Canton Subway location last Friday, and not only am I still thinking about the amazing sandwich, but also about the amazing service. The bathrooms were spotless, and the staff was friendly and supportive of eachother. The whole experience was the highlight of my 4 hour road trip. 10/10 would eat here again.

WOW, Whatasandwhich! This location hired the BEST of the best and it shows. Our sandwiches were made to perfection with the utmost haste to boot. No qualms here, will surely be back to Canton to collect another loaf of bread and meat.

The Best American Customer Service is provided at this Subway in Canton. There are Mr. Steven who is an amazing leader who engages with each customer. He even remembered me “ his customer “from six months ago trip to his restaurant. I felt very special.I am on my business trip here. There are Larissa with beautiful charm, Handsome Austin and gorgeous Alexis with cutest freckles made my dinner as a happy team. Their smile and hospitality made my meal more delicious. They deserve the best recognition from The Subway Corporate!!!

Talk about a bad vibe. One of the workers was so rude for no reason at all. Maybe she was having a bad day, but if being nice at a window is so hard, fast food probably isn’t the path for you. I didn’t catch her name, but trust me, she stood out and not in the “employee of the month” kind of way. Love to be in contact with the manager to describe her :-) It honestly makes you a little wary to eat your food, knowing it was made by someone who clearly hates being there (and probably hates you too, just for existing in line). Makes you worried there might be a secret ingredient in your sandwich lol The other employees were super nice, which makes me feel like she’s not only ruining customer experiences but probably their day too. Management should step in and figure out some morale boosters. maybe free cookies, maybe therapy, maybe both. To whomever she was sorry for inconveniencing you with a sandwich order and question about the eagle card, hope your day gets better.

Workers prioritize drive thru over the customers standing in front of them. Literally stood here for 15 minutes before our order was taken, repeated again....and again to get the correct order. Then the chips were expired...poor management and poor customer service.
