I was really surprised how highly rated this place is. I’m not a frequent of Taco Bell, but I had a craving today. This location gave me the worst quality food that I have received from any Taco Bell. I got a Crunchwrap supreme that was 70% lettuce and tomato, and a tortilla that was so dry that when I bit into it it crumbled into my lap like a cracker. Somehow it smelled like those cinnamon things they sell, but tasted acrid and burnt. I had also ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla, which was one tiny piece of chicken, 60% sauce and then some cheese. The sauce tasted like it was old and starting to go bad. Ended up not even eating it. Would highly recommend not eating at this location.

The burrito supreme hardly had any meat on. It had more vegetables and beans and others, etc., on it. it was more like a vegetarian burrito. The drive through service was good and professional The atmosphere on driving through the drive through was good while looking inside the restaurant

It's a decent Taco Bell. I've been coming here on-and-off for about 9 years now (2025). The employees are professional in the drive-thru. They don't consistently get my order correct or put many toppings on what I order. There are several times where I didn't get any of the sauces I asked for that were listed on my receipt; they don't always include napkins or utensils either.

Unprofessional. Incompetent. Rude. Sometimes the sheer ineptitude of people is astounding. I certainly know better than to expect too much from a Taco Bell, but to fail to give someone fully half their online order, even after asking “is this everything” takes something special. Then to be immediately rude when called about it… normally I wouldn’t be surprised, but Canton is typically better than this. If I could give zero stars I would.

We eat here just about every other weekend picking up kids. Usually really good but after the 3rd burrito supreme they got it correct. Problem is guy making food thought it was no big deal.
The person working 11/21 at noon was super friendly. My food came out quick and hot too

Went through the drive through the other night and was politely greeted via the drive through intercom, the evening staff was quick, courteous, and on point. Food was good and served fast. Good experience good service.
