We just ate here while driving through from New England to Fort Worth and we were pleasantly surprised how good of an experience we had! Really good food, the waitress (Amy) had no issue with my super picky order, and my toddler's tantrum! As we were about to leave my husband said she was the best waitress we've had in a really long time. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We'll definitely come here again next time we're driving through!
Food was good so was the beer. Short bartender fast wit it. Waitress was melody or Mel....MELANIE how could I forget. Pretty sure that's my reason on goin back!! Flautas good too!! So is the queso!!!! I recommend Melanie and get a couple cups of queso!!!
I am very disappointed that the Bo Diddly was taken off the menu. That is the only reason I drive 45mins to come to jalapeño tree is for that dish. I will not be back unless it is back on the menu. That is also the reason I gave the food 1 star.
