I'm local and eat here often, I choose drive thru today and even though food was great as always the service was terrible, the young lady at the window was rude. Unfortunately I didn't get a name but hopefully she was just having a bad day!!
My cousin and I ate lunch at the Whataburger on 20 in Canton recently. It was excellent. The service was equal or better than a five star restaurant. Everything was clean, polite, friendly, and one of the staff refilled out coffee cups at the table. The managers were present and involved with their staff. This one's a little more expensive than some of the other Whataburgers .. maybe because it is at a great location, and has some truck parking ... the Mexican next to it has even better truck parking, more space to maneuver! Better to park there, then just walk over.
Great people, perfect atmosphere, and awesome food .. the higher price is well worth it!
