The service in this location is INCREDIBLE BAAAD!! I can’t believe how slow they are! I got there with no line at all in the drive thru, ordered a lunch meal and I waited 30 MINUTES!!!! And my soda was just carbonated water because it didn’t have flavor anymore. Ridiculous!The girl from the window was very nice but still it was insane the waiting time with no clients in front of me! Not coming back to this location!
I really like the food, but the service is going down a lot. We arrived at 6 pm and there were no chips, they didn't have roast potatoes, the drinks bar had almost nothing, only sparkling water came out and the bathroom was dirty, and they are supposed to close at at 9 pm they must pay more attention to the entire service or even if the food is very good they will begin to lose customers.

Okay so this has nothing to do with the food. The food is good. This has to do with the service. Specifically this one girl that works there... idk her name I just know who she is cuz I always see her. So basically every time I've gone the girl brings my order to the table right? Well the last time I went she didn't and they kept ringing the bell so I tell her and she points and tells me to go get it. I thought that's weird but ok whatever. This time I went and I thought okay I'll go get it myself. Mind you this I have a bad ankle so this girl SEES ME LIMP all the way to the front and waits for me to get to the counter for her to tell me I'll take it to your table. I have 2 problems with that 1. You see me limp over here don't just wait for me to walk ALL THE WAY for u to offer ur "help" and 2. I'm already there just give me my food.... now I'm limping all the way back with her right behind me just to set the food down on the table. Girl who understands you.... terrible service. 0/10

Probably the best fast food Mexican place out there. I was a bit worried a while back when I went and there are queso fundido was not on the menu. Luckily it's still an item just not listed. Highly recommend for a quick bite. There's salsa bars phenomenal. Highly recommend the jalapeno salsa over top of some pico de gallo .

The first time I had got street tacos here, I waited an hr. Apparently my togo order was ready but they confused my order number. I was starving and left home. The bistek was old dry and half way in I got a bonus hair. First strike. Months later I decided to try again. This time I paid $13 for a hand full of bistek with very oil soaked corn tortillas and a baked potato. Literally seemed as if they were just dipped in hot oil and packed in the foil. Won't be back.
