Tacotote offers delicious food, with a great ambiance and clean surroundings. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The service is not always prompt and one of the employees, in particular, has been noted for poor service. On one occasion, a customer was charged more for a menu item than what was displayed on the menu board. A different customer had an issue with the service provided by a specific employee, who did not bring the order to the table and made the customer limp to the counter to get it, only to follow behind and place it on the table. Despite these issues, the food is generally regarded as good and customers may still consider Tacotote as a dining option.
