As a DQ die hard I’m very upset and disappointed with the service I received today … I waited in line for at least 20 minutes and by the time I even got my food it was cold ! This is unacceptable! I will not come to this location again simple.

Slow, make you wait up to 5 minutes every time, often no salt on the fries, I understand that it's a minimum wage job, but the people here purposely act slow. Try also all seem to be on drugs.

Showed up to the location, and all the exterior lights were off. Only the drive-thru light was on, despite the interior of the restaurant clearly being open for business.
Went to the the drive-thru, and no one answered. I called the restaurant and asked if the drive-thru was open, and they replied yes. There is one family in the restaurant, and yet it took 15 mins before anyone came on to take the order. It took another 15 mins before anyone came up to the windows to ask us to be patient.

Update gave yall the 2nd chance and still messed up whole order. Took over 20 mins to get food and still yall couldn't get it right. Fire everyone and hire people that work.

I went to the drive-through and I was in the drive-through two cars in front of me for over 30 minutes before it moved thank goodness I wasn’t on my lunch break. I would’ve never made it back to work. I’ve never had to wait so long before especially for fast food place,

Gross, took a look into there kitchen on the way out. Wish I would have looked before I ordered. Would have seen why the food sucked. Ice cream is good but there food prep and quality is nasty! Avoid this restaurant and you can save time off the toilet. Food poisoning is a 50/50 chance!
I was told this location was hiring, so I called in, the manager copped a nasty attitude, then I later find out that this particular manager has a nasty habit of blacklisting anyone who wants to apply. I was victim of this treatment

This location used to be great but the last few times the staff has really sucked. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in. They act snotty or put out when taking your order. The burger and fries was like it had been sitting awhile. Not fresh at all The whole staff is standing around in the kitchen and talking and laughing and using fowl langauge
The staff is extremely loud but overall the food was good and was fine

Unfortunately, every time its another kind of blizzard choco brownie extreme… sometimes good, sometimes nothing then a soft ice… and today just white soft ice.
Allot 6 days to get through the drive thru. This drive thru is 100% the worst I’ve ever been at. Do yourself a favor and drive all the way to new Braunfels to the DQ there. It’ll take 30 minutes but it’ll actually like being at a DQ drive thru.
