My friends and I were really looking forward to a fun night out, but our experience at Goofy Bar and Grill was anything but enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with suspicion and disrespect — going so far as to imply we were under the influence, even though we were completely sober and simply there to enjoy ourselves like any other group.
We were polite, respectful, and just trying to have a good time, but we were clearly being profiled for no valid reason. Instead of welcoming us, the staff hovered, whispered, and made it painfully obvious that they had already judged us. It made for an incredibly uncomfortable environment that no paying customer should have to deal with.
On top of that, service was painfully slow and the food wasn’t worth the wait. My meal came out cold, the drinks were watered down, and the place was dirty — sticky tables, loud music to the point of irritation, and a strong odor near the restrooms that made us want to leave early.
Discrimination and poor service don’t mix, and unfortunately, Goofy Bar and Grill delivered both. I’d recommend spending your time and money somewhere that treats all customers with basic respect and decency — because you won’t find it here

The whole staff is amazing. They gave suggestions and when we sat down and got our food we had at least three people come around asking if we were good. Love this place for the food and the staff.

First time here and it was fantastic. I ordered a 5-0 Blunt on garlic bread all the way and it was awesome. We will definitely be back, especially since it's right around the corner from us.
Been back several times and tried something different each time. I am telling you, this place is the bomb. Everything from the bread to the toppings are fresh and the people who work here are always really nice.

I met my sisters here for lunch today and while the sandwiches have brought us back several times, today the encounter with the store manager was terrible and very disappointing! After we ate lunch my sister walked to the counter to ask for foil so we could take our sandwiches to-go. The manager sarcastically responded, “sure, it’s not like we’re busy or anything”. When my sister returned to the table and told us what was said we were all stunned. I have worked in the service industry and I get being busy and having a lot going on but I would NEVER make a comment like that to a customer, a polite customer none the less! When we asked to speak to the manager he owned up to saying that comment and then said “I didn’t mean any disrespect by it” well then what did you mean because that is a disrespectful response to a simple request. Though the food was good, I would not recommend supporting a restaurant that allows a server, let alone the manager, to be that disrespectful to their customers.
