This is a wonderfully charming and beautifully decorated crawfish shop! We loved the food and the energy. We are diehard spicy food fans and couldn’t believe how much we were sweating and our noses running. Don’t forget to order the homemade key lime pie and bring a cold drink for BYOB ❤️

Not much to look at from the outside but that’s what makes Plooky’s charming. Only downside is that their gumbo is so good, it sells out! Leaving now with a ton of crawfish and all the delicious fixings, but I wish I had gotten here sooner! No gumbo left for this girl but I’ll be back… earlier, next time!

We have lived next to this place for years but finally dropped in to see what it had to offer and we were so impressed! Met the owner who was so kind and attentive. Food was delicious (and I’m from New Orleans). Will make this a regular place for us.
The food and service is amazing. We love them. We always feel welcome when we come in. One of the best local restaurants around. The owner is always so nice when we see him. I hope this restaurant is around for an our kids to bring their kids too. When our daughter turns 16 we will send her to work there. It’s a great place!

Was my first time eating here, and if it weren't so far from me, I'd come here all the time. The food was good and the prices can't be beat. One of the most affordable cajun boils I've had anywhere. Is also BYOB, so thats a plus.. Everything had good flavor. Food came out quick, and the owner is a friendly guy. Shrimp were large, crawfish were average, potatoes and corn had good flavor, and sausage was decent.Definitely plan on eating here again in the future. Just have to find the time to drive out there on the weekend.

What you won't find is a place as unique as this. The food alone is worth the trip, but this business caters to family, and those who want to feel appreciated when they spend good money dining out. They've have never had TV's hanging up to block the view of those you came to celebrate with. Kids are able to be themselves, and they always get a free sea shell with every meal.(Don't forget to ask!) ?There are pictures hanging all over of his loving Grandparents, and many generations to follow.The menu is simple, and delicious. They provide amazing food to hungry folks, and look forward to doing so for many more years to come. ?But don't take my word for it.
