Server was happy and wonderful. Ordered Online, took over 20 mins for food while 4 other people pulled in and got served. Food was 4 out of 10. Got more French fries in my tots than tots and tasted like the oil they were fried in was from when they first opened years ago.

Star was terrible and stole. the order menu wouldn’t work they had to come out to take the order, the card screen froze, they said they accept tap to pay and brought out a Square card reader that wouldn’t work, the manager wouldn’t come to do a manual card entry, the and the place smells like weed. I didn’t get the food, but I can tell you it was most likely terrible as per the usual.

Workers were completely ignorant on there Google hours and took it upon themselves to shut down all and any machines needed for ice creams/milkshakes etc WAYYYYYYYY ahead of closing hours. This location needs a managers attention & corporates!

This is hands-down been over the last five years. The worst managed fast food restaurant I have ever been to.. Don’t know if they’ve ever got the order right. And will be the last time I ever sent my business to this location. Waiting in drive-through for over five minutes nobody even acknowledging you We had to speak up and say hello is anybody there? Finally, after several attempts we were told that they would be right with us. Meanwhile, a car pulls up in the other lane, and they take their order. After on demanding a manager, they tell us to go ahead and pull forward so we can talk to Manager. Manager was condescending and rude. Either one of them offered an apology instead said well in the future if you want faster service, you need to go to one of the bays. Management can get things under control here I hope this place goes out of business!

Whoever manages this sonic ought to be replaced.
It's hit or miss if you come in person, the food ranges from blatantly incorrect to clearly contaminated. If you order online, they WILL get it wrong. Chicken sandwich comes with pickles, there's no option to take em off online, and they don't take special instructions so you can't ask em to remove the pickles.
I tell you what it isn't the servers. It's the management. The four years I've been here this place cycled through a few dozen carhops and whatnot, but the quality never improved. I know a couple people who worked here too and they work hard and honest, but they both said the manager is awful. I heard the manager here fired a woman for missing work to take care of her infant, who was in the hospital with pneumonia.
TL:DR, fire the manager.

I am not a great judge of Sonics but... I needed coffee. I could not find any coffee that early in the morning and ended up there too get any.
The drive thru was not working and I needed to pull into a stall to order. Once I did I couldn't get the card reader too work and I really didn't want to pay cash.
The Upside is that the server was fast with the coffee and polite.
I'd go back if I need a hot coffee again.

I'm giving this two stars instead of the one because the drinks we ordered were just fine, it's the food we ordered (fries pickles) that gave us food poisoning.
This is a great Sonic: I always go here when I visit my parents in Canyon and it's fast, in a nice new looking location and the service is excellent: extremely polite
Who doesn’t love a double bacon cheeseburger with tots and a strawberry milkshake? I just wish the straws were larger for the milkshakes.

OMG! I ordered an about 6 food items and 3 drinks and my order was out in 4 mins! We are from San Antonio, and there any sonic takes at least 30 mins to bring out even a drink. I’m so impressed right now . Wow 5 stars
