Worst Sonic I have ever been to! Drove up to the outer lane drive through and was ignored for 15 minutes. Figured maybe the speaker is broken. Drove around to the first lane just to sit for another 20+ minutes with no employee interaction. Then I see the person in the outer lane that pulled up behind me did receive service. If it’s too busy to take care of the customers, say something. Atleast acknowledge their presence! Ignoring customers is absolutely ridiculous!
Came tonight on 8/26/25 and everything was perfect. Put in a mobile order and Max brought it out to us as soon as we checked in. Everything was hot and fresh. I love crispy fries and these were perfect 👌 peanut butter shake was amazing like always. Highly satisfied with the the server Max and the quality of the food. Great job guys!

We’ve been here a couple of times since it opened and it’s hit or miss on food & service. I should’ve gone to Canyon City Grill instead, they’re wonderful! Lesson learned! Today for Sonic, we did an app order, my first time doing so & when I went there to p/u the order, I wasn’t sure at first where to p/u at but figured it out. I tried to “check in” but couldn’t because of no internet connection so I called the number. The guy that answered said that they were out of tortillas for my two Frito Wraps although they had one so I got one wrap. He asked if I wanted a Frito Chili Pie as that was my only option so, since I prepaid, I accepted that. The girl who brought my order out never said hello or even smiled. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. I spoke to her but she still didn’t smile or change her demeanor, just said a mediocre “I’m all right”🙄 She handed me the food then said they were out of drink holders & apologized for the inconvenience then handed me my drink. I thought it was overfilled because it dribbled as she handed it to me. When I got to my destination, I had to make two trips because I walk with a cane, hence the need for the drink holder, & when I retrieved my drink, I saw it’d dribbled all across the seat…there was a hole in the bottom of the cup & all the liquid drained out into my cup holder so I was just left with flavored ice so I didn’t get any drink with my meal! I guess I won’t know how good the Watermelon Slushy was🫤. I had to spend 10 minutes trying to clean it up! We also ordered a double cheeseburger as well & it barely had any lettuce on it & only one piece of cheese, it usually came with two & maybe one pickle. The Frito wrap hardly had any chili & barely had any cheese plus, the chips were soggy. It was the same with the Frito Chili Pie, that was mostly dry chips with a tiny amount of chili and cheese. I don’t know what’s up with the staff here but they need to do better! I’m doubtful we’ll be back. At least we know we get excellent food & service down the road at Canyon Grill, again, lesson learned.

We ordered and were waiting for almost 10 minutes for the food in the car, they said it will be 30 minutes wait, this is a fast food place, not a fancy restaurant. So we left and went to the Mexican restaurant down the street, it was faster and great.

They're usually really nice when I come here. I even came just for ketchup once, and they were very kind about it. 100% recommend

Just went for a late night snack and Maria took our order and brought out our food. She was so wonderful and gave us exceptional service! I hated that I didn’t have any cash on me to give her a tip! 😭 Sonic, she’s a great hire!

Server was happy and wonderful. Ordered Online, took over 20 mins for food while 4 other people pulled in and got served. Food was 4 out of 10. Got more French fries in my tots than tots and tasted like the oil they were fried in was from when they first opened years ago.
Star was terrible and stole. the order menu wouldn’t work they had to come out to take the order, the card screen froze, they said they accept tap to pay and brought out a Square card reader that wouldn’t work, the manager wouldn’t come to do a manual card entry, the and the place smells like weed. I didn’t get the food, but I can tell you it was most likely terrible as per the usual.

Workers were completely ignorant on there Google hours and took it upon themselves to shut down all and any machines needed for ice creams/milkshakes etc WAYYYYYYYY ahead of closing hours. This location needs a managers attention & corporates!

This is hands-down been over the last five years. The worst managed fast food restaurant I have ever been to.. Don’t know if they’ve ever got the order right. And will be the last time I ever sent my business to this location. Waiting in drive-through for over five minutes nobody even acknowledging you We had to speak up and say hello is anybody there? Finally, after several attempts we were told that they would be right with us. Meanwhile, a car pulls up in the other lane, and they take their order. After on demanding a manager, they tell us to go ahead and pull forward so we can talk to Manager. Manager was condescending and rude. Either one of them offered an apology instead said well in the future if you want faster service, you need to go to one of the bays. Management can get things under control here I hope this place goes out of business!
