Good food! Country food at great prices! Old fashioned Texas diner type. Friday night catfish is fantastic fried or grilled. I love the grilled. And their hamburgers are so good! We love their traditional breakfast plates too. Atmosphere is cool inside and out! Fast service.

Great food and great service. I love eating here every Friday. All the fried food is excellent and the desserts are very tasty. The large double meat burger is enough for 2 people or one me! The wait staff also support my small business so it's nice to help each other!

It's good for breakfast. Haven't been there for lunch or dinner in years. Service is good. Ambiance is not great. The jukebox is too loud and hard to have a conversation when it's blaring.

Disappointed since we read the reviews before choosing this place. It was a busy weekend so maybe understandable? The hash browns were not even cooked. The service was slow, and the eggs were not good, I got sick afterwards.

The food was good, just ok, nothing to write home about. The servings were great. My hash browns had no flavor, but my sausage and gravy was good. The rest of my family had hamburgers which they said was good, but like any other burger and fries. The waitress was the best, as was the atmosphere. I loved where they put extra straws. We will be going back the next time we go back to Canyon Lake.

Really didn't enjoy the food much but it is affordable. Waitress had am attitude that screamed "I don't want to be here", very cold to the point of near rudeness. She had a literal frown on her face the entire time. It might actually be stuck like that. Literally ZERO effort to be personable or even fake a half smile. I've waited tables... This was some of the lousiest service I've ever witnessed in my life. At least the people that mess up my orders act like they care in the slightest
