We haven't eaten at any Subway in over 4 years. In general we were always disappointed in cleanliness and less value than it used to be. That being said, last week my husband and son visited the Startsville Subway. They were so stoked. Tonight, that's where we had dinner since my husband wouldn't shut up about it (joking). It was so good! Super clean! Tyler was awesome. His customer service and friendliness brought up the value in my experience. Thank you ❤️

We had the pleasure of having Tyler and Noah serve us last night. The location didn’t have what we typically order, but Tyler did an excellent job helping with alternatives. Noah was very polite, and was speedy and accurate. (Just to find out he’s a new face to the crew!) super impressed! Their food was fresh, the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we walked in, and service was the best I’ve had at a subway! Not to mention, they were PACKED when we arrived, and these two handled it like pros! Thanks for making this experience great , Tyler and Noah!

I really enjoyed walking in and being greeted by the two older ladies working there. They were very nice and friendly. The counter and food prep area was immaculate. The dining area was very well organized and cleaned. I definitely recommend this Subway for an amazing experience!

Everytime I order for pick up they get my sandwhich wrong . Then I come in to have it made and still get it wrong the only thing I ask is for the Philly meat to be warm and not my sandwich toasted. So simple. And the guy tht made it seems like people bother him acts as if he dnt even wanna be there. Just go tf home .
