Very expensive for a protein bowl with barely any ingredients. I will never go there again. Any place that actually asks for tips on top of poor service, exorbitant prices and lousy service deserves to go out of business. I've been cheated and once is enough.

I would put negative if possible! The customer service here is AWFUL! Aubri is so disrespectful! A very unkind young lady! Someone should let her know that being kind will take you further in life! She acted like a toddler when being asked simple and easily fixable online sandwich order questions! I will NeVEr go back here!

The service here is terrible 9 x out of 10. You don't get greeted, the sandwich maker didn't even look up and say I'll be with you in a moment. Usually the young kids don't know customer service. One girl working in the front, one girl in the back saw us and ignored us. This is usually the case. We will not be coming back. It's rarely an enjoyable visit. We'll drive to Startzville. They always have good service.

Ordered online when arrived sandwich’s weren’t made and when made were made incorrectly
Went in for a daily meatball at 1040 and lady said none was ready and she wouldn't replace it with another deal of the day because it's a button they push....mam I understand but it's not my fault your food isn't prepped and I shouldn't had to buy something else because they are not prepared. I just wanted my 6.99 meatball combo I was excited for.
Worst subway ever. Ordered double-meat ham. Bread was stale. If that’s double-meat, i hate see regular sub. Meat was about 0.2” thick. Never, ever going back unless management changes.
Says they r open at 9 well it's 930 and they aren't open!! That sux!!
I tried using my phone app for 2 12 in subways for the price of one. I could not get the app to work correctly a young man tried on his phone which was an apple and mine is a Samsung. He could not successfully order the special either. I finally gave up went home and deleted the app. The employees had not used the app so they were no help. It was a very frustrating experience. Subway lost a customer.

The staff at this location is very rude. They act annoyed doing their job. The lady made me pay before my sandwich was out of the toaster which caught me off guard and I wanted avocado on my sandwich, but since she already made the transaction, she said she couldn’t put it on my sandwich. I even offered to pay for the extra afterwards and she straight up said no. I guess she didn’t want to grab the avocado out, she was lazy. Such BS and made my sandwich suck. I also asked for an Italian sandwich and she was very rude saying there were many kinds like I was dumb. Sorry I didn’t notice.. I won’t be back unless she isn’t working there anymore.

It is 8:15pm. My Mother and I were eating and the young man Brandyn told us that we needed to hurry up because the lobby is closed. The store hours online say open until 9pm, the door says open until 9pm. So, why was my mother rushed to eat her food? Very rude very unprofessional and very awkward experience here.
