We were surprised to learn that Canyon, TX, a city of less than 6,000, has no less than four Thai restaurants. So while spending the night there, we picked the one that 1. Was within walking distance of our B&B and 2. Had the best average rating. The interior is decidedly low budget. The food was tasty but on the bland side relative to the best Thai food that bursts with freshness and flavor. Some dishes seem like a Thai version of Americanized Chinese food for middle American palettes. My spicy dish wasn't spice and what little heat it had came from jalapeños, not the more authentic Thai chili pepper. I guess this place is 5 stars if you have the typically unadventurous Texas panhandle taste. They've clearly done a good job adapting Thai food to the locals. On the plus side, service was down home friendly and very pleasant.

Not very crowded. Walked in and had seen a girls soup that looked super interesting. That's what i got and LOVED IT! Appetizers, egg rolls and Rangoon's, were hot, fresh, and delicious. food was very savory, excellent portions. but the wanes (?) soup with milk was the star! so different, and savory i loved it. It was our first time visiting, and we will be back.

I’ve been coming here for three years, and every dish has been fantastic—except the Lemon Chicken. Favorites include Chicken Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Seafood Delight, and Dumplings. Great portions, too! A 10/10 recommendation to anyone.

I have ate here about 40 times and I have never had bad food. Some of my favorite item is the fried rice and fried chicken. This is some of the best I food I’ve ever had. I go here once a week.
