Hit and miss service. 80% of the time they forget the gravy for the breakfast meal. Make sure you double check everytime.

The assignment manager Jenny at this restaurant is by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. They have a terrible attitude, zero people skills, and clearly don’t care about their job or the customers. Instead of managing properly, they snap at staff, ignore guests, and act like basic questions are an inconvenience. It was embarrassing to watch someone in a “manager” position behave this way. The restaurant was disorganized, service was slow, and it all pointed back to their lack of leadership. If this is the kind of person they trust to run things, it says a lot about how little the restaurant values its customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone until they replace that manager.

2nd trip being asked to pull forward at the drive thru to wait, then the order gets messed up!
last time they forgot half the order and had to come out to my car 3 times. this time they forgot my bf paid and asked him to pay again, then had him pull forward to wait. then gave us the wrong order even though he told them multiple times and showed the the receipt. who is running this mess? I can't even eat mine because it has bananas, which im allergic to, instead of brownies!

Always an amazing place. Best food and ice cream in town! You need anything, bam! They usually have it!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to team that was present on the night shift of 8/07/25 around 9pm, they were amazing! The drive thru and inside was packed but not anyone I saw or interacted with had a bad attitude or seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Thank y’all for showing up and having positive attitudes even when faced with annoying and challenging situations, it was very refreshing to see!

My experience at this location was very positive we had to use the drive-thru to get some food for our son and his wife and it was a very particular order because my son and daughter-in-law like to have deconstructed sandwiches extra crispy fries no problem a great deal of courtesy and understanding. Being a canyon resident, add frequenting this location. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good high quality old fashioned hamburger.

Food was good. Clean restaurant. Bathrooms were a 7.5/10. Ice cream service wasn’t in my top 10, but it eats the same. Would return in the future.

It’s good but they are inconsistent on their orders. We usually eat here every week but last time they forgot a burger in the bag of burgers. Twice already no cottage cheese or dressing with the poppy seed salad. Reheating the fries is also a big no no as they look and taste bad.

They need to get their process looked at. Stop paying so much attention to just pulling cars and fill the orders correctly.

The employee named Liza at the drive up window in Canyon, Tx is always very friendly and personable. Braums should have more like her.

The manager was so kind and professional. She could resolve a big group with many specific restrictions. The staff was very kind too.

Good ice cream. Store seemed fairly clean.

Filthy. The floors were sticky throughout the entire place, food was on the floor, I saw gallons of milk on the floor, ice cream was melting in holding racks, the scoop obviously wasn’t clean because another flavor of ice cream was mixed in mine. I was shocked at how dirty it was.

Needs a deep cleaning and especially the bathroom.
