It's different but in a weird way. The food was good 👍 it's just the way it's ran. Not quite full service, not quite a bar it's weird, lol. Employees seemed like prairie dogs using the kitchen as cover. A bit cute yet wierd

Breakfast burritos. Lunch The Avocado BLT Salad is great portion and price. Add fried or grilled chicken for a few bucks more. Dinner. Burgers are solid choices especially w/green chilea. Have to experience the Chicken & Waffle too !

If you're looking for a tasty meal near campus, Buffs is the spot! I stopped by with friends and was blown away by their breakfast burger. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the meat was flavorful, and the fries were just right. We might have hit a quiet time, but the calm atmosphere only added to the enjoyment. The decor and music set a relaxed vibe that's perfect for hanging out. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Buffs offers a welcoming space with seriously good food. Highly recommend!

We've been going to Buff's for over 5 years because its always been fantastic food! I can't believe I'm going to say this, but the last two visits were disappointing, at best. We got 2 breakfast burritos; both had flaky, dry tortillas that fell apart. My wife's didn't have any hash browns in it, mine had dark grey and black avacado slices in it (definitely didn't look fresh) and the crown jewel was a quarter size dab of chocolate under the first layer of my flaky tortilla. C'mon, y'all are better than that! We're probably gonna take a break for a while.

Beware & check your call in orders. After numerous inquires about why our normal order was more than usual, including calling the shift lead over to drive thru and getting nowhere with her. They had no interest in getting to the bottom of it. I get home and realize I was given two 4 piece steak finger + fries instead of the two 4 piece chicken fingers + fries I ordered. I told the two ladies numerous times I ordered chicken (which is the cause for the higher price. I call on way back to drive thru. The team lead claims I said I ordered steak and that flat isn’t true. It was a mistake with the person who took the order. All I wanted was two 4 piece chicken or my money back, which she refused to do stating it’s a large comp and the owners wouldn’t allow it since she’s had to many comps today. So now she’s crying and stating she will just pay for it out of her own pocket so she doesn’t get in trouble. After 50 min we finally got our two chicken fingers. If these employees really have to pay out of pocket when a mistake is made these employees should find employment elsewhere. And as we are leaving the lead promises she will refund my $2 extra I was charged for the steak and of course it hasn’t been refunded yet.

I have ate at establishment about 20 times. I have not had a bad experience yet. The staff is very nice when they take my order. The food is always good. I would recommend this to anybody who likes burgers, chicken, fish, and alcohol. Also, the atmosphere is amazing a lot of TVs to watch games, News, and many other things I’ve seen on the TVs
