We did drive thru last night and I was just getting my kids a snack. We ordered chicken fries and a double bacon cheeseburger. The kids working the drive thru were laughing loud didn't thing anything of it just teenagers being teenagers. My son took a bite of his burger on the way home and was telling me it's spicy.. after another bite he ended up throwing up. I take a bite and instead of putting regular cheese they thought it would be funny to give my kid 2 slices of the ghost pepper cheese. I went back in and the kid was like oh well we ran out of American cheese so I just put that cheese on it but we have American cheese now so let me remake that for u.. tell me in less than 10 mins how did you run out of cheese and now you have it? These kids think it's funny to play a joke on a young child and you can't call and get a hold of a manager. This shouldn't be taken lightly.

Terrible communication, terrible hygiene and an even worse wait time. Every single time I go here (which is often because I’m a DoorDasher.) the wait is extremely long even when there are no other customers. The never wear hair nets. And I witnessed an employee smoking a cigarette while preparing food. This BK is ALWAYS out of one thing or the other and I recommend never coming here.

This place has problems. We were excited to get a Burger King in Canyon but this one has never been up to the standards of even Amarillo stores, which aren’t great.

CLOSE IT DOWN ……..First off sat at the drive through speaker for at least 2 minutes pulled to the window and sat for another 4 to 5 minutes ordered a number two large didn’t have large fry cups ok no problem but then get back to my room then they didn’t Make the dam thing right unreal ……..CLOSE IT
Hours are never right. They open late and close early all the time and completely at random. The digital menu didn't work twice. It takes a long time to get service and food. Overall probably the worst BK I've had to deal with. Sadly it's mismanaged to the point it'll probably close soon.

They can’t follow simple instructions. I don’t want mayo and I don’t want tomatoes but they put it on there anyway. Even says it on the ticket. So either they don’t know how to read or just don’t care about their customers.

I just don't know how hard it is to count. Like how is is that I order a 12 piece chicken fries and yet get six. Like if you don't know how to count go back to school. Cause that is a rip off. I'm not paying you to steal food from me!!!!

Would give a zero star. Pulled up in drive through at 5:10. Sat and sat waiting for someone to take my oder. Two other cars pulled in behind me and they finally left. I pulled up to window and did not see anyone, although the lights were on. This place just gets worse and worse. Either manage it well or close it!

Ordered at 4:30 at drive through, got told to move forward and still never had my food until 4:45. We ordered 3 things.Person on speaker sounded extremely intoxicated and slurring his words. Do not come here.
