I went in this morning been there several times and never been charged for taking my own tumbler in for ice. I also got a 44oz coconut sweet tea. The person behind the desk charged me 1.00 for ice and then the price for the tea. I asked him why he charged be for the ice in my own tumbler he said it’s companies policy and that they are a small business non-franchise and can charge for ice. My concern is I’ve been going there for several months and never been charged for ice. If it’s companies policy then why wasn’t I ever charged to begin with? How much is a bag of ice? Seems like I got penalized for taking my own Tumblr in for ice then purchasing a tea. I could have just bought a gallon of tea for a few bucks more. Very disappointed will not be visiting this location again

HTO is amazing! And the one un Canyon Tx is no different. The store is always clean and well stocked with very friendly staff. They carry a nice selection of different flavored teas, currently my favorite is rootbeer tea. They also have some good snacks.

Very cool place. Tons of tea and water options. I got a Ryan Palmer (lemonade and unsweetened tea) and my hubby got regular sweet tea. It was delightful and less than $4 for 2 large drinks!
