Came in on a weeknight, and ordered the enchiladas and ribeye. I ordered the steak medium rare, and it came well done and dry. The waitress was not very attentive, and wouldn't serve me a beer to go with my steak because they close at 9pm, it was 8:54. The Chilton was really good, I'll give them that, but the food and service could have been better.

We love Joe Taco, we usually eat at the one by the hospital but was in Canyon and ate lunch there. I always get the Mexican Brisket and never have issues but this day it was all grease everything was swimming on my plate. It doesn’t take much effort to drain the grease before plating.

Restaurant had indoor & patio seating... we chose the patio. The tortilla chips & salsa were delish (I could have just kept eating these). My hubby had chicken enchiladas & I had taco salad. Both were good-sized portions. The enchiladas were the best, my hubby has had. Highly recommend this place.
