Mosrthe times the pizza is fantastic but there are times when it seems like quality is down and it's cardboard. But I been eating there for 20 years love it.. There's enough good to make up for the bad!

An hour and a half wait when told 30 minutes. I would have been fine to tell them never mind if they didn’t take my money then go to the back to come back and say it will be 15 minutes more. Then 15 minutes more. Then two more times of 15 minutes more. Then I saw the same thing to every other person that came in. Let me cancel and let you get caught up. Don’t hold me hostage with payment then pretend to go to the back to check on time. You know you can’t handle the time so just be honest before taking my money. And I used to really like you guys. Wait she just came out to tell me my order is just now going in. So I could have just been given back my money and left an hour ago. Come on

Great pizza! We ordered the 14’’ veggie and 16’’ cheese pizzas and had more than enough with a family of five! Enough to save and eat the next day. We talked to some locals and they said it was their favorite pizza in Canyon. Thank yall!

I called to inform the canyon location that the calzone from my order was raw and that I hadnt called it in on the same day because it was too late and they were closed. Logan told me he was the mamager on duty and there was nothing he could do about the situation. I understood their policy was to only accept same day complaints and was willing to take the loss. My issue os the accusatory manner in which I treated and asked to speak to a higher up. I was told there was no one with more authority i could speak to and that there wouldnt be for a few days. I was then told I was being rude and Logan proceeded to hang the phone up in my face. It was very rude and not what i how I would assume the owners of this establishment think customers should be treated.I wont return and wanted Logan to understand that you should treat people better.

After going back in they gave me the bag of sides but no cheese as she had rung it up as a plain burger with just bacon even tho I stated one cheeseburger meal add bacon everything just no mustard. Annoyed after a very long work day. *Burger itself was good onion rings were great!

The building is a eyesore and completely run down. It makes Canyon look bad as the building is on the main strip. Service is inconsistent sometimes it is great other times it lacks. The food quality also differs. It has been great and other times toppings are missing or skimpy. Tonight I tried to place a order and Caylee or Kylie was not helpful and would not accommodate. She claimed she was the manager and told me she didn't care. This explains why the quality and service is inconsistent. Order at your own risk.
