Lately the orders have been extremely slow with little regard or care. When trying to talk to the on duty manager I was avoided as to why EVERY doordash order for a week has been over 5 to 10 minutes late. Nobody seems to be willing to address the issue in the store and there is a general air of not caring.

Fast food, a good option for a long trip, had a very good recommendation. Today I had a bad experience to return the change for a coffee. They had me waiting for about 40 minutes, desperate to continue with my trip. The worst experience in this restaurant chain. I returned in the morning. window and they made me wait 20 more minutes I will think about returning it was a good place to eat

Terrible service they always forget everything no matter what I do every time I go here they forget something I order , also I'm tired of making an order waiting in a normal line a normal amount of time that I used to wait growing up and now that I'm an adult there's these parking spot one two and three four and five that they love to abuse they will park you in there and leave you for 30 minutes while they run trying to figure out who they gave the wrong order to

Ordered a happy meal frappee and a mcdouble. Happy meal was missing the toy and the sweet tea I ordered to go with it was unsweet tea. The mcdouble I ordered was only supposed to have meat cheese and ketchup and bun it came with everything on it. I didn't realize this until I got back home. I called the store and no one answered the phone. I tried to call again only to find out after I called the first time they turned the phone off. I just wanted to see if I could get the toy that came with my happy meal and to see if I could have a sweet tea like I ordered and to see if I could have my mcdouble remade id pick it up but instead I'm sitting here writing this knowing I won't be getting what I paid for.

Entire breakfast menu was not displayed on self serve menu. Big breakfast and burritos were missing...not sure what else. The young lady working the front didn't care and was not friendly. Looking forward to what a burger opening.
The food is good as always. But the service is subpar I think they could be faster. I also so employees wrestling and playing catch with chicken nuggets.

Tried to call about a Halloween promotion, and they wouldn't answer phone.Fries are usually luke warm to cold. Many times the sandwiches are sloppy made with more of the condiments on the outside of the bun instead of inside the sandwich.
