Very clean, even when really busy. Great staff and the food is fantastic. Great place to grab a bite to eat, get some ice cream and pick out your favorite Palo Duro Canyon souvenirs
First let me say it’s a treat camping next to a snack bar. The fries are the best thing on the menu and worth a stop. Has some camping groceries if you’re in need of grub too. Luxuries like ice cream nice.

Awesome place. Just note that this is really the only place to get food and drinks in the Park and it is after you have made the original descent. The welcome center does NOT have food and drinks. Easy place to get in and out of. This is also the same area that has all the good stuff for the glampers.
