Food was good but the weird/ rude guy I didn’t like at all. I don’t know what he was doing. Went through drive through tonight to pick up order and an older lady was sweet and helped me while the high schooler girl looked at me and made faces and talked about me inside. Then a guy worker randomly just came up to my window and stared at me and didn’t say anything. So I said the order name and he said what and walked away. He then said out loud I don’t know her or something like that. Was very disrespectful!!

Dont bother dining in at this location. I don't think they've had customers sit down at a table since 1996.
The only drinks are 20 oz bottles they sell with delivery. They did not have tea made.
2 orders of wings w dryrubs ( ordered to be crispy) yet they still manage to have slimy skin and huge chunks of unrendered fat. So far from crispy, actually some of the worst wings i've ever attempted to eat.
My wife ordered a meatlovers melt... it was a pool of grease and the inside was not cooked all the way.
Beyond disappointed.
Save yourself the trouble and choose elsewhere.

I ordered a taco pizza and replaced the beef with sausage and when I went to pick up my pizza it was just a sausage pizza. I’m confused, do we have to add every single thing for a taco pizza now? I feel like if I order a taco pizza, I should get a taco pizza. Idk, pizza was still go though.

The management is still hanging onto the Covid response from 2020. No dine-in, notmuch to chose from in terms of menu. This place used to be awesome. It is now just brick and mortar hanging on to the pandemic. Little Caesar's here we come.

If I could leave a negative star I would. I ordered 2 pizzas from Pizza Hut in Canyon TX today Nov.5th at 3:30pm to have it delivered at 5 pm. It is 6:30 pm and still no Pizza. Called to talk to the manager on duty and got hung up on. This is the worst customer service ever.
Shout out to Leslie Spark thank you for great customer service. My pizza was perfect. He had Great customer service. The place was neat and clean. I will be ordering again soon. Thanks again for great customer service and my perfect pizza.

For the general manager, to yell and scream at me before slamming the phone so hard that I could hear it Before it hung up, all because I’m trying to resolve a few issues with my order today, is highly unprofessional and it’s crazy because they canceled my order on their end after my bank account was charged and said they never received my order. I also mentioned that I was missing things from a previous order. (A few days ago)and to be told the reason why I didn’t get a refund was because I didn’t speak with the general manager directly, even though I still spoke to one of his workers (they were very nice) and was told they couldn’t refund the items that were missing but would write it down so I could get it next time which I understood and was fine with. But to be treating your Customers like that is Disgusting, especially you being the general manager, you have definitely lost my business and I will be contacting corporate and I hope they have your job because nobody else deserves to be treated like that. But for my fellow Canyon people (Pizza Hut on Hillside and Coulter) highly welcomes our business?
