Friendly staff, but when I got home and ate the bread was so hard that I had to eat the rest without it. I've never had this issue, and I eat at all the locations in Amarillo and Canyon regularly. Manager said that they'd replace the order when I called but didn't give me a specific time, so I came in today 1-10-26 and now I'm told that you have to come back within a week. Will definitely never eat here again!

I like Schlotzskys for their food and pizzas! Although good food will make you like a place, its Great customer service that makes every trip to a place enjoyable. Today in Canyon tx I met a guy named Summit, might have his name wrong but he was very nice to everyone i seen him speak too including myself. I know work can be tough when it gets busy and I just wanted to give him props on how he handled the rush hour. 10 out of 10 customer service!!

Need some training on communication. Front gentleman just stood like a statue and didn’t hardly speak or ask what I needed. Second communication as a team, waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches, 3 people came in after me and got their food before me. They sent sandwiches with the wrong people and had to wait for them to te make em and still didn’t make them right.

They are advertising $5 pizzas, but the store said that "the General Manager said to stop doing that deal." It was literally on their display behind the cashier. This is a deceptive and illegal practice. The place didn't feel well run, too.
