I like Schlotzskys for their food and pizzas! Although good food will make you like a place, its Great customer service that makes every trip to a place enjoyable. Today in Canyon tx I met a guy named Summit, might have his name wrong but he was very nice to everyone i seen him speak too including myself. I know work can be tough when it gets busy and I just wanted to give him props on how he handled the rush hour. 10 out of 10 customer service!!
As I anticipated a delightful experience, my expectations were shattered and I find myself overcome with emotion. Despite my patience and devotion, I endured a staggering 33 minutes waiting for my flatbread, only to witness a large group receiving their meals 10 minutes ahead of me, despite placing their orders after mine. In an attempt to address this injustice, I approached the cashier with a heavy heart...
What they set out to do, they do with excellence. The service was simply excellent. Our food was beautifully presented as well as delicious. I loved the appearanceof the dining area. The only detractor in the whole operation was the sound of the chairs moving on the floor. Surely there is a solution to that.
