They do not know how to proportion their meals, the bigger male carhop basically begs for tips everytime you go there and shorted me on change once when I said no tip. The manager obviously doesnt watch or do what they’re supposed to because what in the world is this!!!

Their screen not all work but food is good and when you get to place the order they make it real fast. Their blizzard are awesome and so are their shakes. By far one of my favorite in canyon

If I could leave a -10 I would. Couldn't take my order over speaker. Came out several times and took and retook order and still got it wrong. Spent over 30 minutes waiting for everything! Didn't get spoon, didn't get straw. Had to ask for those things. Will be a long time before I come back!!!!! This was ridiculous!!!!!

This is the second or third time that this has happened to me. The Sonic Blast is way too expensive to get a cup full of plain vanilla ice cream with a few, a very few, Oreo crumbs on the top.

I was reminded this morning why I don't frequent Sonic in Canyon anymore. I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito at 10:30. It had no sausage at all on it, but was stuffed with FOURTEEN (14) jalapeño slices. What the hell was that about???

Ordered the big dill meal and got a regular smash burger and did not get my tots. They did get me the correct tots, but I never got my drink.?!? This is definitely not the correct burger.

Just waited 18 minutes(no exaggeration) for ONE corn dog and I was the only customer there, but I see why now. Watched the kid cooking it dance around the kitchen, acting a fool. When he finally came to the window, I asked for mustard and he said he’d have to charge me for anything more than the two in there!!! I asked to see the manager, he said he was the manager(young black guy with dreads, evening of 6/20/25) If this is who/how you run your sonic, good luck with that. Just deleted my app since this is the one in my hometown. Never been a good location, but it’s continually worse.

They have designated parking for certain activities. One for mobile pick up. One for eating. One for ordering like normal.

The food and the people are always great but for some reason the drinks lately have just been lacking flavor. I'm not sure if maybe soda machine needs a good clean or what but they all just seem to taste like carbonated water.

IDA CHESTER

I wanted hot coffee so I had to wait 15 minutes. Meanwhile I guess they made my food, so it was cold when I got it. The coffee was like water with no taste of coffee. The super sonic burrito was the worst I’ve ever had. I’ll drive a bit further and go to a better sonic next time
