Wish I had seen the reviews sooner. Cashier was friendly the girl making my drink was super rude w a bad tude. I had to correct her on making my drink twice and this is what I got. Two inches short of a full drink.

Worst service I've ever had at a Starbucks. Staff is extremely slow and get the order wrong half the time.

I wish I could give a higher rating. I have gone here four times this month to get some cold brew and they were out of stock three out of four times. Since that is the only drink I like from Starbucks, I will have to find a different coffee place. When they do have cold brew in stock, I think this place is great. They just need to manage their inventory better.

Sadly have to give this location 2 stars. I get that it is an on campus establishment, but it is still Starbucks. My order is typically a trenta iced coffee or cold brew with minor alterations, but every time I come here my order is wrong or off in some way. Baristas are nice and I feel bad because they are typically my peers, but a splash of milk is a splash of milk- not half of the drink. Disappointing because there are no rewards or points to be earned here, and that there is not another location in canyon.

They always make my drink wrong. I’m a fellow barista in Amarillo and I try to be nice and ask them about it, most of the time they’re rude and will argue with me on how the drink is made.

Can't even make a cold brew right

I went here on two mornings back to back. The first morning they were missing strawberry purée and my drink tasted off even though I usually alternate between adding strawberry purée or not. The second morning was better. Service was good both days but the guy in the second morning was extra pleasant. Placing my order took more than 20 minutes on both days, even exceeding 30 minutes on the second day.

Worst service!!! Never has what you want. Will never be back! I’m so done with this place! Donut Stop sells better chocolate frappes. I told the clerk I was fed up and she shrugged her shoulders like, oh well!!

Starbucks needs to do a better job identifying its stand-alone stores from stores inside a University with no parking. NOT A REGULAR STARBUCKS IT IS INSIDE THE UNIVERSITY FOR THE UNIVERSITY. Drove out of my way to go here only to find this out last minute. Starbucks differentiate your stores from stand-alone stores and the ones in Grocery Stores and Universities.

Staff was extremely rude to me in front of my 10 year old daughter I ordered a Venti mocha for my gf and 3 of the smallest size caramel frapps for me and my kids and the lady got an attitude and said "oh wow" then yelled to the other employees rudely about how they had to make 3 caramel frapps, god forbid that I spend my hard earned money and give them my business right. So I apologized to her for inconveniencing her and went over to the Chic Fil A manager and told them about it so hopefully they actually do something about this inappropriate behaviorThanks for letting my daughter down to she was excited to tell the person her name and get it written on the cup, and she didnt write any names except for my gfs since that was before we "ruined her day"
