This place no longer allows for proper coupon usage and will instead force you to pick basic sandwiches.
Franchise owners are allowed to make these changes per store, but we also have the choice of where to spend our money.

I can't believe how utterly expensive subway is now, a footlong and drink is 18 dollars at least, this is absolute insanity, i never go here because of this, i did today because it had been so long, never going back, these sandwiches are not worth 15 dollars, Subway used to be comparable to Wendys, or Whataburger in prices, not anymore, they act like a high end deli with their prices but they are still low quality, the only thing they have increased are their prices, you can't go here if you are on a budget, it is just sad

Location is filthy. Only two employees, the young boy was very rude and nasty. Order avocado, didnt get it. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got no bacon on it!!!!! Went back inside to have my order fixed. He grabbed both subs and threw them in the trash all hard. Then didnt wash his hands. Tried to put the gloves on but couldnât. Ripped one of them took it off threw it on the floor then threw the box of gloves on the floor since he was out of them. Kicked the box on the floor. Got mad at the young lady when she was trying to help, I just had enough so I asked for my money back. Couldnât believe it!!! The young lady was polite. The young boy shouldnât be working here anymore. Based on these reviews already, he needs to be let go and who ever is the manager, obviously needs to be replaced as well. Lead by example. Get control on your store. I would be embarrassed.

I waited 7 minutes before even being acknowledged. One guy was on the phone speakingneith who knows who and the other guy was making sandwiches for some unknown customer as the restaurant was empty. When I was finally acknowledged the person chris just looked at me looked at me like I was taking up his time. Usually customer service is excellent at this store but not this time.

Got a pretzel which they slightly burned, No biggie but I live 5 minutes from this subway and by the time I got home the pretzel was rock hard. Don't waste your money on this unless you've got great dental insurance!

Completely out of all bread except flatbread. No excuse is going to make a difference. Also two employees were busy prepping instead of helping customers in line. You cost me money as well as a dasher and I will not dash for your store again, you also lost the customer Kim P, she told me she will not order from you again.You are a poor business owner and I'm sure your business profits are abysmal.

I went around 8 PM yesterday and there was two ladies that had awful attitude and gave me a burn subway and I told them if they could remake it and they told me to do it myself I spoke to the HR and they told me that they would talk to them and I called this morning and I talk to the manager named Vaness and I told her about the problem and, she started laughing and thinking it was cute to laugh about it and Iâm not trying to be rude or disrespectful but youâre not gonna disrespect my mother. I donât know if they forget that we are the customers and thereâs the employees theyâre the ones working for us not us working for them, but other than that I am going to leave this bad review because thatâs how they treated me and my mother!

Don't bother just go to the one in Walmart. Placed a mobile order, showed as done on the app before some big greasy dude tells me he's starting on my sandwiches. So 25 minutes for two subs and an employee cheating the system by lying to their system about when orders are completed. That and 3 people working but waited 5 minutes before greaseball even acknowledged we were there. Owner should start over.

Service is great here. Unfortunately, they don't know what lite/light means here. Normally I ask for a few banana peppers expecting between 4-8 and I typically get around 12-14 and once it was basically 20 instead. I also routinely ask for light sauce or one line of sauce and it's like they never hear me and they load 3-5 lines of it on. I'd hate to see what extra looks like.
Edit: really bad service today. First time back since my 4 star review and was def not happy. I'll probably be going to the Walmart subway in the future.
