Got a pretzel which they slightly burned, No biggie but I live 5 minutes from this subway and by the time I got home the pretzel was rock hard. Don't waste your money on this unless you've got great dental insurance!

Completely out of all bread except flatbread. No excuse is going to make a difference. Also two employees were busy prepping instead of helping customers in line. You cost me money as well as a dasher and I will not dash for your store again, you also lost the customer Kim P, she told me she will not order from you again.You are a poor business owner and I'm sure your business profits are abysmal.

I went around 8 PM yesterday and there was two ladies that had awful attitude and gave me a burn subway and I told them if they could remake it and they told me to do it myself I spoke to the HR and they told me that they would talk to them and I called this morning and I talk to the manager named Vaness and I told her about the problem and, she started laughing and thinking it was cute to laugh about it and I’m not trying to be rude or disrespectful but you’re not gonna disrespect my mother. I don’t know if they forget that we are the customers and there’s the employees they’re the ones working for us not us working for them, but other than that I am going to leave this bad review because that’s how they treated me and my mother!

Don't bother just go to the one in Walmart. Placed a mobile order, showed as done on the app before some big greasy dude tells me he's starting on my sandwiches. So 25 minutes for two subs and an employee cheating the system by lying to their system about when orders are completed. That and 3 people working but waited 5 minutes before greaseball even acknowledged we were there. Owner should start over.

Lady was rude to me as she rudely said we are not taking orders at drive thru. You gotta come in or order I line. The kiosk wasn't working but I didn't think it took that long to make a sandwich. So I left. I won't be going back there. Owner should know how rude that girl was to me.

That’s my spot when I need a sandwich to get me thru a hard time. Super duper friendly and phenomenal service. The manager(I think it’s Vanessa) does fantastic job training her staff, she def deserves a raise to say the less. Extremely pleased with everything.

Made a mobile & after getting to the store I waited 10 minutes beyond my pickup time. 2 people made my order. The 1st employee made my sandwich nicely. However the 2nd person making my other sandwich just threw everything in my sandwich. The 2nd sandwich was a falling apart mess w/ less of my requested toppings the my 1st sandwich.The gentle working that afternoon were nice & apologized for the delay. However I found the lady to be cold & a little rude

Service is great here. Unfortunately, they don't know what lite/light means here. Normally I ask for a few banana peppers expecting between 4-8 and I typically get around 12-14 and once it was basically 20 instead. I also routinely ask for light sauce or one line of sauce and it's like they never hear me and they load 3-5 lines of it on. I'd hate to see what extra looks like.

Stopped by around 8:20pm to grab a quick snack after a fundraiser on a Friday night. There were 2 employees, whom were extremely friendly and helpful. I believe this Subway is the cleanest out of the chain in the Amarillo/Canyon area. Great job guys!Vegetarian options: Salads are pretty good.Parking: Small business lot but seems to have quite a few spots for people who choose to park and not get drive-thru.Wheelchair accessibility: Has table/chair seating for easy removal of chairs to roll the wheel chair up to the table. Ramp access ♿ as well.

We showed up super late 10 minutes before the lobby closed. The guy working there has a beard, short hair, and some other features. He was the bomb and was super awesome. You should give him a raise, or make him ceo of subway
