Lobby closes early and the drive through is hard to navigate with a larger pickup 😒 but the food is just normal taco bell so as long as you got a smaller vehicle or its not passed 10 or whenever they lock it you should be fine.
Staff rude food mediocre atmosphere dirty

Today I went to the Taco Bell In Canyon Texas and the food was trash. I spent close to $40 ($35.55 to be exact) on food we weren't able to eat. I live clear across the other side of town and didn't check my food until I got home and was not about to drive all the way back to the restaurant and use what little gas I had left in the car. The tacos were literally dripping with grease, the bottom of the shells were so soggy they stuck to the wrapper when trying to open them. The chalupas were so hard and looked nothing at all like they do on the menu. It's frustrating to spend any amount of money on anything and it not being what you expected or as advertised let alone the time and gas wasted also. Fast food chains have just gone to crap and honestly it's a lot cheaper and safer these days to just cook at home......Todays taco bell visit was a great reminder of that. Ridiculous.

Nick was rude, unprofessional, and dirty. He kept touching his hair and food. He left a dust pan and broom in the kitchen next to a food prep table. After almost an hour of waiting he had helped every Uber eats, mobile order, and drive thru. Even the guy that got off work got his food faster than we did. I finally asked about the wait and he said we were next. I was kind and patient. I see him slide two more bags out the window and start another Uber eats order for a guy that walked in about 40 minutes behind us. Nick said the drive thru is first due to the timer. I told him my time is valuable too. He replied with "since you want to get an attitude". I laughed in shock and told him I would like a refund. He told me "no" and laughed. I asked who the manager on duty was and he said he was, another young lady he pointed to. I said "ma'am" and she turned. She was very polite and professional. Her name is Nikki. I tried to explain to her what was going on. Nick continued to try and yell over me. I told him to "go on and go back to work". He said "I am" and stood there. He was hand on hips saying " this is what really happened" and tried to go on. Nikki told him to "go away" and he did. He then grabbed a dirty broom and dust pan leaving it in the prep area and going back to making food. Very disgusting as he did not was his hands during any of this. We never got our order. Unsweet tea is kept behind the counter. Lobby was dirty. Employee was eating in the lobby.

The service here is downright horrible. Workers have bad attitudes towards everyone, food is inadequately prepped and served, (they leave the bag open when it comes to deliveries even though they're supposed to seal it off with delivery stickers) they skimp out on food and so much more. I can tell this is a management issue since these workers have got away with this atrocious behavior for far too long at this location. Don't get me wrong, this place has a lot of potential, but potential is all they will ever have if they don't get their act together and stop treating customers like a waste of space.
It's egregious that a well renowned franchise like Taco Bell has fallen from glory by letting this type of behavior at one of their establishments go unpunished.

If you're going inside, wear a sweater. It's FREEZING inside the restaurant to where even the employees are freezing while working. There is no internal heater (nor talk of getting it fixed) and there seems to be no management who cares if the employees get sick or not.

I'm really disappointed with the Taco Bell in Canyon. They have consistently wrong food, incomplete orders--every single time we go. The cherry on top though, is their absolutely deplorable service!! When we go, the drive up workers always act like their babysitter isn't watching. Cussing, playing around, not listening or caring about their job or their customers. The taco bell establishments in Amarillo are much more professional. I have had it with this one in Canyon.
This is my fourth time in 3 years to go to this location tonight, and yet again... They didn't get my order right. :( Plus, the 3 workers I saw and heard were cussing and acting like 12 year olds at the drive up window.
No "thank you, have a good night", nothing. Just slammed the window and continue their horseplay, and gave me an incomplete order.
I've been young and dumb once,too.... but I didn't do it in front of customers at my job.
Grow up taco bell staff.

I really wish I could do like a 2.5 star. But because of all the combined past experiences, rounding down.
So, positive first. The food itself is never half bad. I mean, it's taco bell so you are not expecting too much in the first place. The place was clean, the staff all around acted nice but they were too busy kinda parading around like kids. Saying things "They don't know how we do it on the night shift!"
Well, perhaps that's where it needs to end. Cause onto the bad. I usually come in the evenings when I did go and they have historically always messed up my orders. And it really isn't that big of a deal. I just don't get sauces. No sour cream. No ranch. Nothing but the veggies, cheese, and meat in whatever I order. And, for awhile they have been great at getting my orders right.
Well, not this one. I got a cheesy gordita crunch, quesadilla, 5 layer burrito, and a chicken flatbread. Planned on munching on that yesterday and today. But nope.
Had really looked forward to that 5 layer burrito. I just don't get it with sour cream. It's really good otherwise, but sour cream all over it. Same thing with the chicken flatbread, just had to put their sauce in it.
The quesadilla and the Gordita crunch did not have any sauce in them, so I know that at least know how to read the screen. So, even though spent 20 dollars...only ate 10 dollars worth of my food. And to make matters better, I noticed the kiosk didn't send me the receipt, so I couldn't return it.
tl:dr - Stop playing around so much and pay attention to the orders. I truly believe they know what they are doing, just too much jumping around and giggling between each other to read the screen. Only eating half my order isn't a good experience.
Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian myself, but there are several options on there and it's got a little green leaf beside them to help point that out.
Parking: Parking is a little cramped in the front, but it's fine.
