Cold fries and onion rings. Burgers were tasty, but it was a long wait - especially as the only customer there. Plenty of staff, but mostly talking to each other and idly standing around. Won't go back since the tasty burgers weren't worth the total meal price. Love other Whataburger locations but this one is way below average.

Food was ok, order was incorrect, server that brought the food, he threw it on the table, didn't ask if we needed anything and didn’t bring our drinks. Restaurant was dirty, nobody cleaning, as they used to. The restaurant is not that old, but bad management, causing conditions to get worse.

No syrup for my pancakes and the hash browns were so hard that we couldn't even eat them. I'll make sure that I go to my usual store from now on, because this store isn't very good!

The service that I received was terrible and I truly don’t think they cared. I received my fries and bottled water and was told they would bring my chicken strip sandwich shortly.. I checked back in 15 and they were “working on it now” after 20 more minutes we had to leave so I asked them for a refund. They did give me a refund with no apology and then I asked for 2 bottled waters to go. I was told they didn’t have bottled water even though I was holding the one I received with my fries. Next I was told, from the manager, well we do have them but we don’t sell them. I did get two bottled waters eventually, from a manager who thought I was the problem.

El Paso 198 used to be a Top Tier Whataburger but slowly but surely under Edwardo and their team leader's like Sam, it's become Horrible! The store still has a few good "team members" but even they have told me it has become difficult for them to work there!

Tried them for the first time this week. I’m sorry but I will not be going back. The biscuit was gummy the chicken was just ok and the potato sticks were so hard and crunchy that there was not even any potato left inside of the shell extremely overcooked!  10 out of 10 would NOT recommend!

Any alteration I have asked for on a sandwich has been completely ignored. this is especially an issues caue ei have some allergies and have to cone into contact with these foods. overall lazyness.

This might be the worst run Whataburger I have been to. I have been there twice since moving back for school. The first time I ordered take out and when I showed up I went up to the counter and they said they were just waiting on fries which was strange since I didn’t have fries in my order. So I waited and went back up about 20 minutes later after they still haven’t brought out my order and then they go in the back to check and it turns out they gave it to somebody in the drive through. So of course it takes another 30 minutes for me to get my food and on top of that they did not give me my hash browns.

The next time I went I had ordered on the app ahead of time and got there a few minutes after the time range it was said to be ready. I go up to the counter and ask them and they say they are waiting on fries again. (I guess this is the go to line when they don’t know what’s happening?). So I waited for about 30 minutes waiting for them to bring my food out before I went up to the counter again to see what was going on. So she goes in the back and it is just sitting there by the drive through window. And on top of all that the food was room temperature.

One star for somehow making one of my favorite places to eat one of my least. Well done.
