The baby started crying after we sat down, and one of the workers came by with a toy and made sure he was okay. It is a great team of people working here this day. “I was traveling through Eastland and popped in for ice cream. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I only saw 3 employees who were all very nice. My only complaint is that the service was slow. However, as I said, I only saw 3 employees, and their drive up and inside the dining area was busy.“

“We saw this chain in Texas a lot but I was always turned off by the sign advertising it. Nevertheless, we decided to try it because I have no appetite most of the time and thought I could eat chicken tenders. We were surprised at all the choices for sides and the man who took our order (the manager?) was so helpful and friendly. When my husband chose a cherry pie as a side, he said, "Choose another one, I'll give you a free cherry pie." So he chose the corn nuggets which he enjoyed along with his piece of catfish. The hush puppies were great so we'll be ordering those next time! “Sometimes food is not cooked really fresh but been under a heat lamp it seems,& sometimes fries are hard mixed in with soft.Otherwise food tastes great

“The girl at the window lied to me! I ordered a BK triple stacker today in Eastland and two kids meals. My Burger was the same size as the kids meal burger but with three patties.. I new see was acting like she was guilty.. when I got home I googled it and it said that the BK stacker burger was back and bigger than ever with quarter pound patties. She lied to me saying the original BK stacker was back but it's the same size as before! Burger King has gone down hill!! I've seen this girl at other fastfood restaurants, and her customer service is always so terrible! I took pics!! I've been eating here every since that they've opened.. always great food and customer service till now!!!!!“
